This is by far my favorite place to break a sweat. They have multiple trainers with different personalities they really make this place feel alive with comaraderie. Sam and Marcus are very much the kind of people i need to get me and keep motivated, something many of us struggle with. They being my initial piont of contact was awesome because their love for what they are doing helped sale me on whats going on. I'm 2 workouts in and I already feel a difference stirring in myself.

I signed up at Title because I wanted to try a new way to work out. I had no idea that soon after I'd feel stronger and more motivated than ever! The early morning classes are hard to get out of bed for, but when I do roll out of bed and attend class, it is worth all of it. The trainers teach technique so I don't feel a fool, but more importantly, they take the time to know the members and encourage each person along the way. And at 5:45 in the morning, I definitely need encouragement! The weight loss and muscle gain has been amazing, but the positive atmosphere of Title is the best part by far!

Title Boxing Club Lexington is more than a fitness club. You really feel like you are part of a larger community. The trainers are with you every step of the way ensuring that you feel welcomed, and they are always there to help you learn as a newcomer. Their classes always have a mix of beginners and experts, and accommodate for each level.

Great workout!
Great atmosphere!
Great trainers!
Went in for a free class and signed up for a membership! It is the perfect combo of cardio and strength I needed to get me excited about working out again!
It's become a priority to get to a class at least three times a week and Hit It Hard!

Went in almost a year ago and told them explicitly that I would like to learn how to box. I was told iβd come to the right place. I mean boxing is in the name of the place, right? Wrong. It wasnβt until I signed up and asked what classes actually instruct boxing. You have to get a trainer($$$) and itβs no contact. Basically I got the bait and switch to a boxing themed cardio gym. I got 10 min before a class where the instructor told me basic moves. Found all this out after 5 days from signing on for a year. I was basically told too bad, the window is 3 days despite telling them what I was told. For 80 bucks a month all I get is a mediocre cardio workout. And I have to be there when they have classes. Anyway, I had a friend that worked there and they can confirm how shady they really are. Employees leave constantly. Apparently they are closing down in May so just in case you still have any inclination to join, that should reinforce my review. Go somewhere else. I should have done more research but they should have been honest with me. Or at least done the courtesy of letting me out since I signed under false pretenses. Good riddance. And I will be making sure my bank rejects any charges past their closing date since I had about 3 months left from the projected closing.
Edit/Response to Owner:
I went several times as a guest prior to signing up. This is where I asked several of your "trainers" about learning to box. This is why I joined. After I signed paperwork, and inquired further about how I go about learning actual boxing, is when I was told that this is a no contact "gym". Pardon my lack of understanding, but as far as I know, boxing is a contact sport. One can read about playing baseball all their lives but playing catch in the back yard is hardly sufficient training to learn an activity well.. Punching a heavy bag repeatedly and taking breaks to do crunches and jumping jacks hardly constitutes "teaching to box". That would be Cardio with a Boxing Theme. I would like ANY of your members that do not have formal boxing training elsewhere to take on someone who has. Then we shall see.
Yes thank you for providing me with a list of instructions for canceling your membership. Pay out a considerable amount (can't remember bc I couldn't afford it, move over 20 or so miles from a gym (moved across the country and happened to be right down the street from 1 of 3 in the entire state of CA), or medical reasons.
I mentioned previously that I had gone in 5 DAYS after signing and asked if I could cancel, as I found out that it was a no contact gym on my one and only visit. Then I was told no, sorry, you have 3 days.
You act like the putting my account on hold was a favor? Seriously? Comcast will do that for you. I love the little "the membership agreement you signed and were offered a copy of" bit too.
Regardless of your condescending response, I will never recommend Title to anyone. You're welcome for the $900+ in contractually obligated membership fees. I hope that this review steers people away. I will also point out again that this location has had troubles and may/may not be closing down.

I love Title Boxing Club! There is no better feeling than when your class is done and you not only got a great work out, but you also left any stress you might have had on that heavy bag. I would recommend anyone and everyone to join Title Boxing Club. The trainers are some of the best people you will ever meet.

Title boxing provides bag work for all ages. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and have a positive attitude. Adaptations of exercise are provided for all fitness levels. The work out are different and challenging. Rock Steady Boxing for people with Parkinsonβs Disease with a great way to work on Balance, strength, coordination and even cognitive skills and striking the heavy bag. The other boxers are friendly and encourage each other. And itβs fun.

Had a wonderful experience going to Title: very clean, so motivating and the hours available are fantastic! They provide a 12 week Health Coach when you sign up for a year that I recommend to keep you motivated. However I had to stop going by doctor recommendation.
Unfortunately, this aspect of the experience was not pleasant. I was met with resistance from the owner about issuing the cancellation (despite providing the requested documentation) as well as a refund for the final month which I was required to pay upon entering the membership. Communication was not provided in this part of the process.

This place is awesome. The people are super friendly and the instructor, Rena, was awesome. We were late because of traffic and traveling 40 minutes to get there but they ran us through a quick introduction and let us jump in anyway. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be back.

Title Boxing is a great guided workout that gives you a whole body workout but allows you to set your pace. During your session there are plenty of opportunities to either take a water break or continue a guided core workout. The instructors are fun and great at getting you to give your best.

Even though it's boxing it's outside the box. No treadmill going in circles just fun. It gives a great burn to the point that you know you put in work, but not as much to want to lay in bed the next two days.

I am someone who despises cardio and the monotony of many cardio activities doesn't bode well for me. Boxing is fast-paced and quick-changing. I never thought I would say this but it makes cardio surprisingly fun!

I was very nervous about working out at Title Boxing. After talking with Chris (one of the owners), he invited me to come work out with him. Chris was very gracious and was right there working out next to me through the entire session. Their staff was amazing and very encouraging. I would highly recommend Title Boxing - just try it....you'll love it!

I have been a member of Title Lexington for over two years. I love this place. The trainers are very well trained and all have great combinations. There is a variety of times to come to a class. Worked out by Erin Graf at TITLE Boxing Club Lexington last night and still sore in my shoulders and abs. Great total body workout, mentally remembering punch and dodge combos, legs, abs, upper body, cardio. Everything you need in one workout, never had a workout challenge my mind before. Amazing stress relief punching bags. Very impressive the owner Chris Campbell was there to make sure it went perfectly for Lexington Young Professionals Association. The attention from staff members was impressive wrapping hand wraps for safety, individual technique instruction, interaction with the class instructor keeping it lively and engaging everyone.

This club has an awesome bunch of people working to help you reach your fitness goals. They never fail to push me and motivate me to hit it hard week after week. I canβt wait for the next class and try to make it at least 4 times a week. I not only feel great but have quantifiable results. I dropped 30 pounds in about 4 months last yearβ¦ and they are still off. BP is right where itβs supposed to be and Iβm much more aware of what I need to do to stay healthy.
Power Hour classes and especially the Pro 75 workouts are extreme and provide the most satisfying results I have ever achieved. Itβs easy to set individual goals and measure your results from class to class. There is never any pressure to do more than Iβm capable but the trainers always push me to reach the next level. I love the social aspect, team atmosphere and competitiveness of the workouts. I really enjoy working out with the other members of Title and honestly look forward to them being in class with me and we always call each other out when we miss. The team atmosphere is there as all of the outstanding and dedicated trainers coach me from the time I walk in the door until I finish the grueling ab work.
If you're looking for a challenging and fun environment to get a great workout in then this is the place.
