I’ve been going to, and been a member of, this club for about a year. So far, it’s been really great. Everyone has always been nice to me, the place is clean and very nice, and I enjoy the clinics. I may live to regret my review, but for the past year, I’ve only had good experiences with them and I appreciate how they treat me.

Unfortunately we will not be going to Top Seed again after our experience this weekend. To sum it up we were told we could pay a group rate two different times on the phone when calling to make a reservation, and then when our group showed up they charged us the regular (more expensive) rate. There were four employees sitting behind the desk and only one employee spoke up and put the blame on another guy (who wasn't there) saying he wasn't authorized to give us the group rate. He supposedly called the manager while we were standing there to see about giving us the group rate, and the manager evidently said no. Not one of the four employees behind the desk offered any sort of apology for the inconvenience. They were incredibly unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional unfortunately. We were very disappointed in this experience. We were the only people using the courts for two hours, and I understand why. We will not be going back. The Pickleball Paddock (and even Bluegrass Racquet Club across the street) are the place to be!

This place is just not right. It is not normal the staff at Top Seed do not know how to treat people. Awful Management especially the general manger Chris he not qualified for his position due to his lack of customer service he is very rude also the manger Abby is rude this place needs management changes not ok!

I was sitting in khakis, a button up shirt and loafers watching my wife and friends play when I was rudely approached by a teenage girl asking me to pay as if I was playing. Management is always so rude there, lines are duct taped and lighting is bad. Save yourself the trouble and go to BRC.

We drove from Texas to watch our daughter play in a D3 round robin match at Top Seed. At 8:45pm on Friday night Top Seed shuts down for the following day due to weather. It’s an indoor facility, that’s why colleges reserve it for matches because of the weather! Completely disheartened by the lack of consideration.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The facility is absolutely amazing! Coaches care about the kids and go above and beyond to help them be the best! The owner genuinely cares about her members and the kids! I would recommend this place to anyone whether they are just wanting to learn tennis-work out in the gym-get their kids interested in a new sport or sharpen their skills in tennis!

The staff members were very positive and helpful. By nature, I am rather inquisitive, and to my delight, all of my questions were answered promptly by the well informed staff members. Furthermore, the bar staff members were conversational and they added to the enjoyment of my stay.

This place is a joke. I wish I could give it -10 stars because thats what it deserves. The "manager" is the rudest guy I have ever came across in a what is supposed to be a professional place. He talks over you, is extremely disrespectful, and should be fired. I believe his name was John or Jonathan. I won't be coming back and will most definitely be telling my friends to not come to this establishment.

So far, so good. We have just entered into lessons for my 11 year old son. He is getting one on one instruction from Mark and we have been really pleased so far. He enjoys the lessons and is really excited to come back every time. The facility is large. Lots of courts, a workout facility and exercise classes. They also have a nice bar with viewing windows and a big screen tv where you can watch the play going on on the courts. Really nice place. We will come back.

Extremely unprofessional - they raised their rates on their lessons and left it up to the tennis pros to delineate that information to their players. It should have been up to Top Seed management to make every user aware using one pathway of communication The surge in price was an EXTRA 14$/HR per lesson , which adds up in a month especially because I was getting more than one lesson a week. My tennis pro did not even make me aware, and I found out from my bank. I was livid. What an awful way to conduct business.
