The facility is a dump. Bathrooms don’t have TP, paper towels or any hot water 99% of the time. You spend hundreds of dollars to put kids in sports that uses this facility but they still charge you a door fee! For what? The facilities are awful. The owner has let this place fall apart but continues to rake in the cash. They tried to charge me an address fee even though I’m coaching two indoor teams. Place is a joke.

There is zero parking for this athlete complex, the admission fees are high, and once you get inside there’s nowhere to sit or stand to watch the games. They should not be hosting tournaments or games here.

The kbc app was awesome but staff didnt enforce social distancing guidlines. Place was always shoulder to shoulder. Great facility but they paid no attention to the safety of the players or spectators when it comes to covid19.

When you walk in, the customer service desk the workers are very friendly. Great equipment, I'm not sure if the personal trainers when their not with a client if their job includes helping out clients that don't pay for their help includes showing you how to do some equipment the right way. Most of the trainers don't even look up at you at all, one of them is kind of rude. The carpeted floors had not been cleans in a week. 1 bobbypin has been there all week. And most of the employees say hi, not sure if their trained in which mecheins do what, no help is ever offered. But I still love working out there.

We have a family membership mostly because its cheaper than most. Nice warm pool but you cant swim when they have classes and you cant use gym after 6 on weekends cause of parties the soccer fields are always used by teams like non stop and my husband loves to kick a soccer ball around. The kids play area is small and the tredmills are old. When we can use our over 70 dollar membership (and its limited) we do like to exersize and swim and take the kids to play here. Sucks most of the stuff we pay for we cant use on most days. Its a hit or miss. We will keep it until summer and if things dont improve or get worse we will have to just suck it up and pay more for silver lake. 👍
