I started training with Bry a year and a half ago when I finally decided to take my fitness and strength more seriously. I’ve learned that a lot of things I thought I couldn’t do were because I wasn’t going about them the right way. Bry is a modification wizard and will help you avoid injury while maintaining progress. She is also adaptable and will pivot as your goals change, even in a group setting. As an adult, I have never been consistent or truly comfortable at a gym, and I would never have thought I’d look forward to going. All that has changed thanks to Bry’s guidance and the vibe at Motiv8 Fitness. Bry is a kind, understanding, encouraging, and knowledgeable human being and trainer. Bry is such an amazing trainer! I have been working out with her for a little over a year. Bry really listens to the goals you have and uses her knowledge to hone workouts to meet your needs. My gym sessions are often times my favorite part of the week. Beyond that she is a fabulous human being. She is super encouraging and non judgmental, I am proud to also call her a friend!

Bry is amazing! My goals through the program changed partway through to accommodate an especially busy season at work. I loved Bry’s fun and nonjudgmental manner, knowledge and willingness to modify exercises based on past injury, and all around a great person. 10/10 recommend! Would definitely work with her again!

I’ve never worked out much, beyond my time in the Navy. I’ve several musculoskeletal conditions on top of being 64 years old. I met Bry 18 months and my health has taken a turn for the better. Bry is patient, kind and very professional. She has tremendous insight and before I told her what I was looking for, she already knew just by watching me walk. I have gained so much from working with Bry. She is the perfect trainer for someone who has never really worked out. I have gained so much strength by being with her! I had the pleasure of working out with Bry for almost a year and loved her training style so much, I gifted my husband with sessions for Father's day. What makes her such an effective trainer is her ability to listen and adjust the sessions as needed. I have arthritis in both knees and my spine, so some days, I had more limited mobility than others. On those days, she would focus on stretching and low impact exercises. If you're trying to find a trainer that will help you reach your goals, look no further! She's also someone I get to call my friend.

Bry works with your schedule and listens to any concerns or if you have any limitations. I was in horrible car accident and am weaker on my left side of my body. In working with Bry, I have seen improvement in my flexibility. She is absolutely the best!
