I’ve been lifting for over a decade and found Triump Strength and Conditioning two years ago. This gym is truly unlike any other I’ve experienced. The coaches take time to help you perfect your form and offer modifications when needed. Every workout is challenging and fun, and the sense of community here is unmatched. The members genuinely show up to support each other. Triump is a gym for everyone, regardless of experience or ability, from complete beginner to seasoned lifters.

What a fantastic gym/'box'!!!!
I had to visit Florence for about a month for work and needed a place to keep up my fitness. Luckily, I ended up at Triumph.
I was able to get plenty of WOD's in to keep my sanity while away from home.
Even though I was a new guy, I felt welcome from the get go. Not only was Marc (owner) fantastic and welcoming, his staff that I was instructed by,(Joy and Nicole,) were very knowledgeable and approachable. As anybody that knows, the ultimate part was how awesome and welcoming the members were. I made some great connections and felt instantly a part of the community.
They have all the equipment and then some, plus plenty of space and so many times to workout. If you're in the area, I suggest dropping in. If you've been thinking about joining a gym, this is the spot! From beginner to elite, Triumph has you covered.
Thank you Triumph team and Marc!
Best Regards,
JO

I've been going to this gym for two years now. The coaches are great, the community is friendly and supportive, and the workouts are fun (and hard). I don't recommend it for pro athletes, I do recommend it for people trying to stay (or get) fit, make friends, and have fun.

After my longtime gym closed I was skeptical that I could find something that worked for me. I’ve been at Triumph for 3 months now and love it. The owner and coaches are proactive and approachable. The community and members are welcoming. There is nutritional programming. The space and equipment make it easy to enjoy your workout, no matter how tough the workout is! Top scores for the Triumph Team. I appreciate what you do!

I recently joined Triumph Strength and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of training and the welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my experience has been working with my personal trainer, Sean, who is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. They take the time to understand my goals and tailor each workout to fit my needs, pushing me to challenge myself while ensuring proper form and technique. The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect environment for both individual and group sessions. If you're looking for a personalized fitness journey with expert guidance, this gym is the place to be! Very Accommodating!

Triumph is, by far, the best gym around! I have tried several gyms, but this one quickly became my "home". Mark, the owner, his entire team of coaches, and all of the members quickly welcomed me in as part of the gym family. In addition, every coach is incredibly knowledgeable about the workouts & movements. They take time to show you correct form and make sure that you are performing them correctly to avoid injury & maximize your time in the gym. Since joining the gym in August, I've seen major improvement in my strength & endurance. Triumph provides a fun, encouraging, challenging, and motivating environment!

I tried out many gyms in the area before choosing Triumph Strength and Conditioning, and I'm so glad I did! The coaches here are truly impressive—they genuinely care about everyone who walks through the door. Their knowledge is unparalleled, and they always provide modifications to suit all body types and needs. The encouragement they offer is unmatched; they celebrate every success with you, making training and CrossFit not just a workout, but a fun and rewarding experience. The community they’ve built at Triumph is incredibly supportive. I now consider the people at Triumph to be my second family—my gym family. I have been working with Sean since April 17th of this year. He has been providing one on one personal training and I have already exceeded my previous personal bests. Super nice guy, very personable, knowledgeable and most important to me, attentive. He is very quick to recognize if I cannot handle an exercise or I am having an off day. He doesn’t just stick with a pre-planned workout rather he is always willing to adapt and adjust as needed. The gym is set up very well and they have every conceivable piece of equipment you need. Comfortable and friendly place, good people. Both the facility and Sean have exceeded all my expectations.

I began strength training with Sean the end of February this year and I have committed to two workouts a week. I have gained 5.5 pounds of muscle, my body is leaner and I am seeing muscle definition. Sean is incredibly patient and helps drive you to your goals. I am building endurance and my mobility is drastically improving. Sean has well planned workouts and pushes me out of my comfort zone with encouragement and his fantastic sense of humor! I am very grateful for Triumph and the opportunity to work out with great guidance! I would probably never do some of the lifting on my own, but I am glad for the support, because I am extremely excited about my results!

It’s 45 minutes of non-stop fun movement. Coach Lauren has created a class built for any individual at any fitness level and I love challenging myself. I have dropped body fat and built muscle since starting Bootcamp as well. Can’t wait for the next round to kick off again.

My happy place! I took a hiatus from here after Covid and regret every minute I did. I just returned and am back to loving it! The coaches are truly the BEST around! I started going to Triumph a little over a month ago and I’m LOVING it! They have many options to pick from depending on your level of fitness history and your comfortability! I was a nervous wreck going in for my initial consultation, but Sean immediately put me at ease. Reassuring me there would be something for me. I’ve had 4 surgeries and working out was something I dreaded and held a lot of anxiety over. Triumph has helped immensely in getting me to where I need to be in my fitness journey! My personal trainer Lauren is an absolute BEAST. She teaches me everything I need to know from form and technique to how to have fun with it. I’ve gone from never picking up a bell bar in my life to deadlifting 105lbs. IN LESS THAN 2 months. If you’re hesitant on where to get started, check out Triumph! Everyone on the staff and in the gym are so kind and motivating to be the best you can be and reach your full potential.

I came to this community looking for experience as a new lifter, and community. I had no friends or family that took fitness seriously and I had recently became serious about my health.
I was met with a happy and knowledgeable Sean, who I immediately connected. I have now been doing personal training for with Sean 3 months now and I haven't looked back. Sean is amazing and really helps me with all my concerns and questions. I have basically been taught how to lift free weights from scratch by this gym and I will never forget that. From having never lifted a day in my life to being in amazing shape and feeling amazing. This gym helped me find a hobby that will last a lifetime.
Side note: They sell amazing sweets from BodyBakery. They are healthy and full of protein, you don't want to miss out.

I started attending personal training sessions at Triumph in April 2021 because I hit a plateau with my weight loss and knew I needed to start incorporating fitness into my routine. Joining a gym can be really intimidating for a beginner but the team at Triumph immediately welcomed me and made me feel right at home. The incredibly friendly team at Triumph has helped me learn valuable information about nutrition and fitness, as well as increase my strength, mobility, and confidence. If you are a fitness beginner and don’t know where to start, from personal experience I recommend talking to someone at Triumph, I’m so glad I did!

I couldn’t be more happy with Triumph. Ever since starting my training here, I've been looking forward to each session, knowing I'll leave feeling better than I did going in. Everyone there is so personable and inviting which I think is important for creating a good workout experience. At first, I was a bit intimidated to start but after my first session, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. My trainer, Adam, did a great job with getting me confident in coming in. He's been incrediblely uplifting and enthusiastic. He especially knows his stuff and knows what limits to push me to, confident in my abilities even when I may not be as much. Having him as my trainer has been an absolute blast as he keeps each session entertaining and engaging. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer.

Working individually with Sean Brooks has been awesome! I was terrified to come back to strength training after having past injuries and lots of joint and low back pain. I’ve only been back to working out for 2 months and already have seen many gains and drastically less pain. Sean knows exactly what exercises I should do to regain my strength without creating new injury. He’s constantly challenging me to do more but always monitoring my form to provide modifications when needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve strength and mobility to come to Triumph Strength & Conditioning and ask for Mr. Sean Brooks.

Joining Triumph has been one of the best decisions I could make for my fitness goals. I have been consistently impressed with the friendly atmosphere, the challenging variety of the workouts, and the attention to detail of the coaches (including providing real time feedback during workouts- this is so helpful, especially for Olympic lifting movements). Don't be intimidated by what you think you know about CrossFit. There are so many variations for movements within a workout so that people of all levels can participate. I joined a different CrossFit gym a few years ago, and I rather quickly quit because I was confused during the workouts and wasn't getting much help. The situation at Triumph could not be more different- such a positive experience.

I’ve found Triumph to be a great CrossFit gym. The coaches and other members are friendly and are quick to give encouragement or guidance on how to improve specific movements. My biggest concern before joining a CrossFit gym was the high intensity workouts and movements I wasn’t accustomed to (clean and jerk, barbell snatch, etc.). Coaches give detailed instructions on how to perform each movement safely and how to scale workouts if you’re unable to use the recommended weight. Along with the strength training and conditioning, Triumph staff encourages their members to seek overall wellness through nutritional goals and body metric monitoring devices. I’ve really enjoyed my time at Triumph and look forward to each daily workout.

If you are looking for a place to achieve fitness goals you never thought possible, you need to give Triumph Strength and Conditioning a try. I was initially intimidated to try this out, but the hardest thing I've done in the past 7.5 years was take that first step through the door. Immediately from there you will find knowledgeable and friendly coaches who will work with you, at your current fitness level, to achieve YOUR fitness potential. Better yet, you will find a community of members that truly care about you as an individual. The combination of the two immediately create a welcoming and energetic environment that makes you look forward to working out. It's definitely a bright spot of my day.
A common myth of Crossfit gyms is that you have to 'get in shape' before you are able to join. Reality is that there are people of all different fitness levels and backgrounds, and all are fully capable of participating in this community of people with one common goal: Be better than I was yesterday. At 44, I am the strongest I've been in my life, and I feel physically and mentally capable of taking on whatever life throws my way. If you're looking to make changes to your health and wellness, there is no better place to support your goals than Triumph!

This is not your average gym. The camaraderie is wonderful where everyone cheers you on and is happy with all of your personal goals and successes. You are never a number at this gym. It is a community where we do things socially as well outside the gym. The coaches are superb. Best description for them is they are professional and supportive and safety is their number one concern. The gym is run very professionally and the owners always find ways to improve every aspect. I definitely recommend this gym. Personally I feel better physically and mentally than ever.

Triumph is an amazing gym. Rare in the business of fitness is a culture and a staff that truly care about you and your success. There is a great variety of people and abilities that come to Triumph and new people are always welcomed. I love coming to the gym every morning and seeing my friends and family.

Simply put, Triumph will change your life. I have been a member of many gyms, but nowhere comes close to offering what Triumph has. Come for the workouts, stay for the community. No matter what your level of fitness (even if you’ve never been in a gym or touched a weight) you will feel comfortable the second you set foot in the door.

Showed up at 3:00 pm for a 3:30 CF class. Coach didn’t show up till 3:30 and didn’t know how to register me as a guest. Once he figured out Wodify he wanted to charge me 20$. I went down the street to “The Tracks.”

This gym has become a second home. I spent 4 months looking for a gym that gave a sense of community that let me feel comfortable to be myself and remind me of being on a team. Triumph is the answer. In addition to the open gyms and great class schedule, they set up fun activities to engage members.Trainers are very knowledgeable and focus heavily on technique over weight/reps and always provide alternate exercises if one movement is not in your wheelhouse.

I have been attending Triumph/Crossfit Accretion since its inception, and have never looked at going to another gym. The coaches are incredible both in their knowledge of fitness and nutrition, but more importantly in trying to make each person a better version of themselves. They really care about their athletes and their families, and are constantly working to make us better mentally and physically. They offer plenty of opportunities for accessory work and ways to improve on specialized skills. I also love the community. It's an incredibly supportive group of people who rally around you in and out of the gym. My best days are the days I start at Triumph.

The best coaches and the best members. Everyone is friendly and engaging. It's the perfect start to my day. In little under a year I've learned new Crossfit skills, increased my strength and build friendships within the community. Can't say enough good things.

I found these people online in 2016 while I was nursing a shoulder injury. I called and spoke with Mark, and I liked the approach presented (no need to start in 6th gear haha), but since I was approaching surgery, I opted to stay in loose contact, and keep them on my radar.
I honestly sought out a CrossFit gym because I appreciated the raw physical challenge, and after I had my shoulder surgery, people around me had doubts I would ever get back to 100%, which I personally took as a challenge.
In April 2017, after much consideration was taken, and also since I was semi cleared by the doctor to enter a gym again, I decided to make the leap and give them a go. Mark and Jarrett worked with me in quick intro classes to test my current physical standards, then I was cleared to join classes.
Within 3 months, and many modifications to exercises to account for my own physical level and my recovering shoulder, I began to notice improvements, and started making time to go in more days during the week. I began liking the challenge again, and the coaching staff as well as the members are extremely supportive. So supportive, within that time I was able to perform a handstand push-up, something I had never done before in my life!
Now, just under 7 months later, I'm more flexible than I have been in decades, my shoulder strength and flexibility has returned, and I'm discovering new ways to reach new levels with the continued support of the coaching staff and members. I couldn't be happier with my achievements!
If you're still reading this rant haha, and if you're considering a CrossFit box but are wary of what you're getting into, I strongly suggest giving Triumph a shot. They continue to adhere to the philosophy of, live to lift another day, and everyone, and I do mean everyone, is absolutely thrilled to see you achieve, even when you yourself feel like you may not have done much! Classes are easy to understand, and each coach is willing and able to discuss your own goals, and help you find creative ways to achieve them, even during classes with modifications to the workouts to help push you to your limits and eventually surpass them.
I've been an active member since early May 2017, and I'll continue to go in until they tell me to leave.

The facility looked nice, so did the equipment. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone's attention to inquire about joining. 3 Athletes and 1 Trainer were there. This isn't the place for me.
Maybe put up a sign in the seating area... Eye contact and a wave won't do the trick. I tried that.

UMPH CrossFit is where it's at. The coaches are encouraging and engaging, and the other UMPHletes are so welcoming. This is a place for any age, skill level, or demographic. I really can't say enough positive things about this CrossFit gym.
Something had been missing in my exercise routine: intensity, variety, and a team. I gained all these things at UMPH. Every session is full of limit-pushing, sweaty work. And even when I feel I didn't do my best, I am surrounded by teammates who can provide plenty of high-fives and kind words.
Joining this gym has been simultaneously one of the most empowering and humbling experiences in recent years. If you have a positive attitude, want to work hard, and feel like seeing what your body is really capable of, give UMPH a try.

Are you looking for results? Try UMPH CrossFit!
If you have tried other "diets" or "workouts" in the past and have been disappointed with the results, then you need UMPH CrossFit. Is it tough? Yep! Is it worth it? Yep! I still have work to do, but I know I can and will succeed at UMPH!
These words come from a lifelong struggle with weight and fitness. UMPH CrossFit works! But it's like anything else YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK!!! Anyone can do it, that's the beauty - it is scaled to your abilities and fitness level. The people (coaches and other cross fitters) are great and so inspiring. They make you want to do better.... They genuinely care about your well being.
You've got to start somewhere - start with UMPH!
