We brought our rising 9th grade flyer to United to help build her skills. Kareem and his team were wonderful to work with for me on the planning and logistics side, always very responsive, friendly, and flexible. My daughter LOVED her lessons and left each one with greater skills and confidence and ready to come back for more. Couldn't ask for better!

My daughter and her best friend wanted to try out for their high school JV cheer team but they did not have the tumbling skills the other girls would have. Kareem (owner) worked with them 2x week for 4 weeks AND gave them tips on what they can work on between sessions. I believe he gave the girls and I realistic expections of where they might be in 1 month and his predictions were spot on. The girls worked hard each session and they were able to see their growth weekly. Both girls made the team and we will continue to utilize United Elite so the girls can continue to advance.

Hands down the best gym for our daughter. This was her 3rd season ( 1st at United Elite) She has learned new skills rather quickly, has fun, makes friends. Love the coaches. Always positive vibes in the gym from the athletes, coaches, and parents. We are excited for another season.

I would recommend United Elite because we have had a wonderful experience. The facility is fully equipped, modern and clean. Kareem has worked so well with my daughter. He helps her feel comfortable and confident while building and developing new skills. Kareem also pushes her to do her best and works her to the max, the entire sessions/classes. I appreciate that Kareem has been fully accessible and prompt to respond anytime we have reached out. It is also important to me to have a coach who is a great communicator with the athlete and parents alike. Kareem takes the time to navigate my daughter in next steps which is also important for further developing her skills. United Elite has impacted my daughter’s growth tremendously. Her 1st season she went in only knowing how to do a cartwheel. We switched to United Elite 5 years ago for my daughters second cheer season. She had already gained her back hand spring at the first gym but when we switched. We were made aware that her form was all wrong and Kareem and his team took my girl back fo the basics. I’m so glad fo have knowledgeable coaches who care about the safety and long term growth of my girl.

Fast forward 5 years and I now have two girls that cheer here and a son who has done tumbling classes only. This gym is family. Whether you’re tumble only or any level of the cheer teams. We’ve been in every position and the level and quality of coaching paired with the outstanding customer service is unmatched. I’m a very competitive person - and UE comes to win. We’ve finish as one of the top in the country each year we go to D2 Summit.

United Elite is the BEST of the best. So happy we found this gym. Kareem and his staff are amazing. Athletes learn and grow here. My daughter spent a year at another local gym and left with only a cartwheel and forward roll that she taught her self. Less than a month working with Kareem and she got her back walkover that is beautiful in form and proper technique and has learned many other skills, but most importantly she’s learned what hard work and Dedication is. She has learned team work, social skills and how to face challenges. We are so happy at United Elite and consider everyone there family.

I got a call for my daughter to have a opportunity to come an do a couple classes. She done cheerleading in elementary school and wanted to do it in middle school but considering she was going into 6th grade an being new to middle school we didn’t realize they do tryouts during the summer before school starts so she missed out but a part of her was glad cause she is struggling with her weight an is a bigger girl. Does anyone have any knowledge about the respect an no bullying at United talent in Lexington?? She has her first class on Monday at 6pm.

If you are looking for a gym, United Elite is the place to go! My daughter has grown by leaps and bounds since coming to United Elite. Her confidence has also grown tremendously. Kareem takes the time to get to know the kids and really knows what works with each kid and what doesn’t. He has fun with them and really pushes them to do their absolute best. If you are looking for a gym for your child, this is the place to go. My daughter has been trying to get her front aerial for months and a friend recommended United Elite. Kareem has worked with my daughter for only two months and she has not only gotten her front aerial but has gained confidence and strength with other areas as well.

I have been so surprised at how far she has come in two months. Not only do she work on the tricks she needs but also works on strength and conditioning. This is a top notch gym that works with teams and individuals. They are the best of the best!

For starters, United Elite was the only gym in town that bothered to return my phone call two years ago - maybe they didn't need my business. The communication and information from UE is detailed and complete. If I have a question, no matter how silly, it's answered in a timely manner. While winning is great, what we were really in search of was an ideal set of remodels to bring into our child's life. No matter the sport, we ask ourselves: Are these the kind of adults we want leading, teaching, and encouraging our children? Not only does United Elite have a reputation of Excellence, with attention to correct skill execution and development, but 'The Elite Way" has taught my daughter discipline, respect and given her a renewed joy for cheer. The values taught & instilled in my daughter from the coaches at UE will remain with her for the rest of her life.

Cheer (like all sports) is not cheap, but I'm more than happy to write my check each month to United Elite because of the transformation & value my daughter has gained beyond the mat.

Moving from out of state last year was hard enough, but finding a new cheer gym that stood up to my high standards proved to be much more difficult. That is until we discovered United Elite. We successfully completed a season and getting into another with UE. I am completely impressed by the confidence that my daughter has gained, that has always been top priority for me. My number 1 priority though has been progression. Does a gym just let kids start throwing something just because they got the last skill half down? Not at United Elite, safety is priority. Progression is a must, mastering a skill before moving on is non-negotiable ultimately lowering chance of injury. That reason along with the amazing coaches and owners of United Elite and with the family atmosphere has guaranteed my daughter and now youngest son has found her/his new cheer home. Deciding to join United Elite was the best decision that we could have made. The character building program and the amazing coaching that she receives is the best in the area. Kareem and his staff are very knowledgeable and my daughter is happier here than she has been in a very long time! It is also a state of the art facility, unlike anything else in the area. We are truly like a family there and we couldn’t be any happier. One of the things that I love about the gym is that no one is lost in the shuffle or forgotten. There is no favoritism and everyone is taught in a way that is specific to their needs. It’s so awesome to see everyone exude confidence and watch it continue to grow as they progress!!! The United Elite Gym and its coaches are amazing to say the least. The gym is state of the art as well. They are welcoming and knowledgeable about all things cheer! They provide a program that teaches self esteem and building character to further focus on each child and their needs.
