V Pilates is an exclusive studio with expert instructors dedicated to providing a true Pilates experience. We don't herd clients in and out. The Pilates experience you receive at V Pilates is tailored to each client's needs. Whether you are an equestrian or athlete looking for that extra edge in your sport, or an active ager looking for an effective way to stay fit that is appropriate for any age, we have a program for you! We are also Lexington's pre and post natal fitness headquarters. If you are rehabbing from hip or knee replacements or other injuries, our expert staff can develop a program to meet your needs. We offer classes on all major Pilates apparatus, not just the reformer! Come see us for your fitness solutions!

I have been going to V Pilates for several years. Janie is an excellent instructor. She is very mindful, encouraging, teaching with safe correct Pilates moves when using all equipment, (reformer + props)to promote individual physical health and wellness. Her studio is a small and with an intimate setting. She follows Joe Pilates methods. I am totally convinced she is the best Pilates instructor ever. She recently has a young lady Alex who is working with her as an instructor who is teaching. Janie has instructed her in all the aspects of safety and correct moves. She too is excellent Kscott

I set a goal to get fit this year. It's a real challenge because I hate to exercise. I decided to try a pilates class after seeing lots of celebrities posting fun looking instagram pictures. After 1 class, I'm hooked. The instructor was amazing. She kept a close eye on me to make sure I was executing the movements with proper positioning. I left happy and thoroughly exhausted.

I love love love V Pilates. Being a beginner, I love the small intimate classes with a wonderful instructor. These classes help focus on long lean muscles... just what I need. Attending these classes has truly helped with my mobility and core stability. I would highly recommend V Pilates!
