I'm travelling for work from New Zealand and am very impressed by this facility. This would be a great gym anywhere in the world, it has plenty of equipment, martial arts area, massage chairs (that are actually really good), sauna, tanning beds and even a kids area for parents. Very impressive set up!

Visited with my son for three days. Clean and roomy gym with a wide variety of equipment from free weight to machines. Never crowded during our mid- morning visits. It's a great place to workout.

I’m a new member mostly from reading the reviews. After stopping in I noticed right away how clean everything was and that’s an asset. My new home away from home. Check it out. After a year hear now and meeting some awesome people this will always be my home from home. Don’t listen to bad reviews come check it out for yourself. Been another year here and you won’t find a better gym. I’ve been @ the US and this gym is awesome. All American gym hands down. PS, they have massage chairs and a pool table for members. Don’t tell anyone haha.

The owner is biased, discriminates against low income people, takes your money, then cancels membership without reason. My family and I had a membership there and last month, she told us about our muddy boots tracking dirt in. We apologized and since that day, have been leaving our shoes at the door and wearing only clean socks or the sneakers we bought. Last 3 weeks we haven't been able to go there due to transportation issues.

Today, she calls me and cancels my membership due to dirt getting into her septic! How in the HELL does that happen? She claims the bathrooms are dirty after we use them. We clean the bathroom ourselves after each use, even though they aren't dirty, thoroughly wipe down the counters, mirrors, and the floor. I also explained we hadn't.veen there in 3 weeks, and her cameras will show us removing our shoes each week.

My insurance just approved a year membership there due to me being a high risk of a stroke recently and needing physical exercise.

She refused.to check the cameras and logins to prove the recent dirt, if any at all, were our fault. DO NOT waste your money or time.with this horrible, rude woman.

asked a simple question and not only did I not get an answer, my comment is gone. If they can't tell me how much a regular membership is, because I didn't want VIP whatever, then they won't get my business I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn't say anything wrong to have my comment on their FB page removed, hence my review.
If anyone bothers to answer, I might edit. If not, it means they have the review they deserve as far as I'm concerned.

Love this gym it has plenty of machines to work with, plenty of free weights, women's only area, and also has woman and men saunas and showers in the rest rooms and also has stand up tanning beds. Also has a smoothie bar. Great place I recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this gym for those living in wayne county or surrounding areas. They have all the workout equipment that you might need, as well as tanning, saunas, childcare and women's only areas, as well as other amenities. It's a very clean facility, has friendly staff and they offer a variety of classes. I really enjoy being a member!
