I can’t say enough good things about Daniel. He makes sure my form is correct and pays attention so I don’t hurt myself. He knows about nutrition too. Protein is important!! He will modify exercises so it doesn’t hurt my back. He is driven, personable, thoughtful & thorough, and easy to work with. I don’t get bored as every workout is different. The gym is always clean too!

I started my fitness journey with Daniel when a friend recommended reading his weekly newsletter emails (highly recommend!). The information he provided was so simple and I could begin implementing his ideas on day 1. I tend to over complicate things when it comes to “working out.” Daniel changed my way of thinking and helped me realize “less” can actually be “more” when you focus on the right things. This has been a game changer for me. It’s no longer a chore or a hassle. If you are in the fence about reaching out, here is your sign to call Daniel! You will feel at ease and comfortable from the first time you talk to him. Will treat you like a family member and go above and beyond! High recommend him for teenagers as well!

Daniel and Brandon at Wellth Fitness are awesome! They really know their stuff when it comes to building muscle and staying healthy. Their workouts are challenging but never overwhelming, and they’re super supportive the whole way through. If you're looking to get stronger and feel better, these are the guys to go to.

Daniel is very patient, encouraging and inspiring. His expertise and knowledge is invaluable. His positive attitude and enthusiasm makes the experience enjoyable and not something you dread going to. He always ensures your technique is correct to avoid injuries.

I cannot recommend Wellth Fitness and Performance highly enough. Daniel and Brandon are incredibly knowledgeable and tailor your nutrition and fitness plans exactly to your needs and goals. I joined Wellth in preparation for my wedding. Throughout this process, Daniel and Brandon not only created unique fitness and nutrition plans for me, but I also learned so much about how these changes would improve my overall health. Overall, after about 8 months of working with them, I had to have my wedding dress taken in a full 4 inches around! I had undergone a complete body recomposition using the tools given to me by Brandon and Daniel; and I felt better than ever on my wedding day. If you follow the plan and put in the work, the results will come. I would recommend Wellth Fitness and Performance to anyone!

Highly recommend for fitness, health and performance.
