WholeBeing Strength is a health/wellness/fitness facility that has multiple practitioners and companies providing solutions to help live optimally through life's many challenges. Operators include: Barbells and Bibles, ZNT Fitness Club, Alpha Generation, Impetus Therapy, and JR Fitness.

I have been working with Joe for over 4 years and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He is professional, personable, and lives his life to help others. Are his workouts challenging? Always. Are they fun? Absolutely. Joe pushes me to be my best and get the most out of me each time we train. But he also knows my limitations and never pushes me more than I can take. I always feel refreshed and invigorated when we get done.

WholeBeing is the real deal... he not only addresses your physical self, but your mental and spiritual needs as well. He looks at the whole person to see what you need to reach your goals. He has helped me to stay competitive at an older age (over 50) and tailored my workouts to fit my interests (competitive mountain biking). Recently, Joe has been training my high school daughter to improve her lacrosse game. He has helped mold her into a serious athlete and preparing her to compete at a high level college lacrosse program. With Joe’s help, she will show up on campus ready to play.

Don't think twice about working with Joe, he is one of the best around.

Joe is the best. I’ve trained with many trainers over the last decade and the only one who keeps me coming back is Joe. He’s gotten me back in shape once and now we are working on it again! The community at WholeBeing is diverse and full of really fun, nice people. I always have had anxiety about classes/gym and there’s none for me here. You get to be yourself and learn how to train at your level whether that focuses more on cardio or weights or avoiding certain exercises for any reason. He can come up with an alternate on the fly. The way he knows every little intricacy to make a movement work certain muscles is unbelievable. All I can say is if he keeps my stubborn self coming back, everyone should try this gym. 💕

All around great trainer, physically, mentally, and spiritually.... well worth it. What I personally appreciate is his desire to learn more, to add to his craft, and working with special needs clients. As an Pediatric Occupational Therapist i would definitely recommend him to some of my families. Personally, if you are looking to make major changes in your health, check him out! I've been with him 2 years now and I've benefited way more than just weight loss. So much has been added to my life because of him, thanks Joe Palmieri WholeBeing.

Joe’s workouts are always varied, never boring, and incredibly well-thought out! He’s able to tailor a group workout to the individuals in it, wether it’s an injury that needs to be addressed or someone who wants to or can do more advanced lifts or movements. He’s also an incredibly observant and helpful Olympic lifting coach!!!
Classes are always such a great mix of people, personalities, and solid workouts!
