This is a very nice facility but we had an overall negative experience. My son loved hero class. However, one coach encouraged him to do flips that he was not doing properly (my husband is a highly experienced cheerleader and noticed. He asked them not to allow him to do it again bc it compromised his neck).

When we asked weeks in advance to cancel for the following month, we called several times, emailed, and asked in person to confirm and we were told it was taken care of. We were STILL charged for the following month and it took weeks to get a call back. Once I finally received a call back, I was given mixed information (stating we didn’t request the drop in time or the correct way) and it was a very frustrating process. After they had to a new system that was not user friendly, I could not drop the class myself.

We were FINALLY able to receive a refund for that month but I had to argue to get to that point.

We also had my son’s birthday party here. It’s a nice facility for a party, but again, I could not get anyone to answer the phone when I tried calling to confirm. The new system didn’t have the party listed so I wanted concrete confirmation and I didn’t get a response until the night before, after calling and calling and emailing.

It’s unfortunate bc my son loved it, but we likely will not return. The communication (even internally) and customer service was lacking and no one offered an apology.

My daughter was at Woodlands for a short time and wow. She was loved and always greeted with smiles. Roxanne made my daughter feel special every day she walked into the gym. Jaedyn and Emma were also great with helping her. Every worker there made sure to be caring and helpful.

Very nice facility and well kept. But the owner/coach of this gym was very rude to guest of this facility. Very picky and even told us not to come back then proceeded to rush us out before our time was completed, not a great 1st impression of someone that should be building good relationships with for future endeavors. Definitely need to learn more professionalism and be kind to guest in the future to help grow business relationships and clients.

I can’t say enough about place. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I love the structure of the establishment. My team learned so much just in just one session. I can only imagine what we will learn in the next several months. My team can’t stop raving about this place. I appreciate the fact that they listened to my needs and expectations.

My granddaughter just had her birthday party here today and it was great. The facility is so awesome! The staff were great too.
I want to thank the owner who I know was not happy with my daughter putting push pins in the walls to hold things up 🤦‍♀️

We had my daughters 9th birthday party here in August 2024 and it was amazing! We had about 18 kids and they loved every minute of it.

Woodlands Elite had at least two assistants that monitored the kids and also came up with games for them to play!

They also included two huge inflatables. Had a large room with two windows to watch all the kids and a TV set up for the Men to watch football/sports! I would highly recommend!!

We absolutely love Woodlands Elite - BG! It is so family friendly and has things to do for boys and girls! Faith based and we couldn’t ask for a better place to take our kids!

If yall haven’t checked out Woodlands elite for you kids, don’t walk RUN! My kids LOVE it! We have done hero training and open play! They’re not only affordable, all of the staff is welcoming! My kids are typically so shy but as soon as we walked in they have been comfortable. A special shout out to Kadin and how he engages with the kids even during open play!

Woodlands is an amazing space that allows kids to grow and thrive! We are so lucky to have this company here in BG. The owners, Billy and Roxanne, treat each person who walks through the door like they have been part of the Woodlands family forever, and the manager Brittany is nothing short of amazing!!! Where else can you be trained by an Olympic level cheer coach?!
