Is this place even managed anymore? Tried to workout tonight and there’s people turning on all the treadmills running across them. Radios going full blast bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months not to mention the floor has been swept in god knows how long. All the while there is some girl sitting at the desk not saying a word.

Was charged the entire time COVID-19 was keeping things closed. Try to call them and they said it is all franchise owned and up to their descretion to charge. Tried calling franchise owner multiple times with no answer. Closed means that people should NOT be charged member fees. No way to turn it off either especially with no answer. So........are we all gonna get 2 months free? I am going to venture no.

I was working out in the gym and about 20 minutes after I had began the general manager came up to me and asked for my name. I was using my fathers card by mistake and I was immediately asked to leave. I understand that this is a liability issue, but I was not intentionally trying to break the rules. The man who approached me was extremely rude and made me extremely upset. There was no reason for him to approach and talk to me the way he did. My family immediately cancelled our membership that we have been apart of for years. DO NOT GO HERE THE GENERAL MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE!

Would not recommend. Their polices are bad for business. When I first came in with a friend we were instructed to pay $20 apiece for the month and just keep a card on file. The attendant told us to sign a keypad and was summarizing the things it said. A month later both me and my friend were charged $100 for a “gym contract” I never knew I had. That same day we were charged $200 more for extra months in the future. After expressing all these concerns, the corporate and billing only were able to refund $120. We lost over $300 in one day & were only using the gym for a month! DO NOT LISTEN TO ATTENDANTS- READ THE FINE PRINT & expect plenty of unforeseen charges. This business is a scam for your money!! I would recommend ANY gym but this. & the district manager will not assist you one bit.

(01/2020): Update! As you can see below, there were some issues, but management has (promptly) addressed the issues and I can once again recommend this gym. Thank you!

(12/2019): It saddens me to say that management has stopped caring. Several of the machines have broken buttons, pads are split and cracked, the bathrooms wreak of mold and look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, and many of the accessories are very worn and desperately need replaced. I've brought these issues to Management's attention three times now over several months and they continue to do nothing.

If these issues are resolved, I will gladly remove this review. Bare minimum fix the bathroom situation as it is a health hazard.

I originally gave this place five stars after a management change. However, I cannot, in good conscience, let that review stand. After speaking to the district manager about several issues, I discovered she truly doesn't care about certain policies or the state of disrepair of certain equipment. I was told employees were not allowed to spot members, because it is against policy. However, so is keeping a lock on a locker long term. Only certain policies are followed by this so-called district manager. One issue that I brought to her attention is definitely a safety issue for members. This issue involves a member who uses the floor space of the gym as a running track. He has almost knocked me down on more than one occasion. I am an amputee and I am not that quick on my feet, so this member running through blind doorways is definitely dangerous. The district manager said I should say something to him. Is that my job? Really? In other to save money, she is allowing the pads on the equipment to remain in disrepair. I was asked if I knew of an upholsterer who I could refer to her that would be cheaper. I cut my arm on the preacher curl station due to the torn material. This too is a safety issue as it could allow bacteria to grow and cause an infection. I guess member safety is not a concern for her. Maybe I should reach out to the ADA and file a complaint, since she doesn't take the safesa of a handicapped individual seriously.

It's a small gym but it's clean and well taken care of. The equipment (weights/machines and cardio equipment) are relatively new and are in pretty good shape. The monthly rates aren't bad and you have the the option to pay monthly or pay in full.

I joined this gym right after it opened. The current mgr. Mark Byrd has done an outstanding job since taking over a few months ago. He's very outgoing and very knowledgable of body fitness. I wouldn't be a part of any other gym in Frankfort!

Do not allow Workout Anytime to take automatic payments out of your account. My card expired without my knowledge and it appears they manually keyed in the correct expiration date without my consent to withdraw funds from my account.

I have been working out at this location for over a year, never once have i had a bad experience in the gym or with the management. Mark the new manager of the gym is very knowledgeable and friendly to all members, the gym is very clean and well laid out, it is also a very welcoming environment if it’s your first time or you are a returning member. I live in georgetown and drive here to workout that’s how much i love this gym i will continue to recommend them to my friends looking for a long term membership.

Awesome gym with great staff. There's basically a lunch crew, guys in there the same time every day, and I dig coming in and getting motivated seeing all the familiar faces pushing it. Mark's usually working the desk, and does a great job staying in touch with all the people coming in, and is open to questions on form and technique.

I’ve had a great experience at the Workout Anytime in Frankfort. Mark is a great trainer and goes above and beyond what a trainer typically provides making him one of a kind. The staff here has always been friendly and attentive and the place has been well taken care of. I feel that it’s worth the money for the motivation and accountability I receive from Mark whenever I come in to workout too.

This is the best gym I have ever been associated with in both cleanliness and bang for your buck. Staff is attentive without being invaisive and always helpful. My personal trainer has gotten me to levels of performance I could not image just a year ago. If you really want to change this is the place to accomplish it! Thanks guys!

Totally agree with watch the billing for this place. They do not handle it locally sent me to corp Kayla totally needs customer service training was rude. Will gladly move down the road after being talked to disrespectful. Was going to cancel over the phone. Then she said nope I will need to go in person and then im told locally I get charged another months payment. My daughter was overcharged and was refunded.
