Great, clean facility with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Chair Yoga and Strength and Balance classes with Katie are SO good. Don’t laugh about Chair Yoga! The stretches you can get in a chair (when it’s hard to get up from the floor) are unbelievable! I’d like to challenge you to visit Katie’s classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings! You’ll love it!

I had previously signed up for a membership and fulfilled my year of membership, as per the agreement. I had since moved and it is impossible to cancel your membership. Their phone goes to an automated message stating all lines are busy and it has been this way for weeks. If you contact via email you recieve no reply. Also went in person and the person working stated they could not cancel my membership as it was messed up in the system and that someone might be there next Tuesday who could fix it.

By far my favorite gym around! I can workout and tan all in the same place and the facility is always clean! The tanning beds have cleaner available for you to clean yourself before and after you tan & the staff is always busy vacuuming, checking tanning rooms and bathrooms for cleanliness. Plus, they are just friendly and inviting every time you walk in the door. It’s like a second home for me!

Went online got a free pass to see if I liked it enough to join for 5mins. I living local til mid March. Called and spoke to someone as well. Nowhere does it say online you have to be a local resident to be granted this pass. How absurd that the reason I can not use the pass offered is because of my address on my driver’s licenses. It is not like if I agree to the membership that my credit card is not on file.

This facility goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers. They have a wide array of exercise equipment, along with various classes for all ages. It's always clean, and just a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is top-notch in their knowledge. Highly recommend. I have used this place while recovering from a massive stroke and will continue to do so. I've visited every local gym and by far, it's my favorite. You can't be at their prices either.

Decided I wasn't using the services and wasn't sure if I should cancel. They made my decision for me when I asked about a charge. I spoke to a Tammy who stated the charges were an annual charge to lock in my rates. I'm not sure why I need to pay an extra charge to lock in rates for a month to month plan. Gym etiquette is not enforced whatsoever. The gym is constantly dirty with no ownership pride with the establishment. The tanning bed bulbs are not regularly replaced offering zero tan but all the risks with tanning. They have equipment that no one uses and should be removed and the layout is something to be desired.

They do have all the machines I need and the fact members have 24/7 access is a plus.

My recommendation is to reduce the number of treadmills to assist with a better layout. Have staff show up at least sometimes in the early morning or late at night and get rid of all the nasty towels everyone uses that are worthless for cleaning the equipment. There should be paper towels if there was truly an interest to stabilize equipment.

This business is a total scam! Very unprofessional. They haven’t let me cancel my membership for four years because I don’t live in the same state. I joined the army and was stationed states away and when I called to cancel they told me I couldn’t do it over the phone. They also wouldn’t let any family members go in and cancel it. They said they only way to cancel it was if I sent a letter in with a copy of my driver’s license. This business is a joke and is run by clowns. They have got over 1000 dollars from me over the years and refused to cancel my membership.
