So far I love this gym. It’s never too crowded in the early mornings, including weekends. The gym is clean and the equipment is always working as it should. I especially love the sauna in the ladies room - it fits one person at a time which I love. The only con is - the air circulation in the gym isn’t that great but it’s a gym - you’re supposed to be hot!

Great place to workout. This gym is not overcrowded so I can usually go from one station to another without having to wait. The staff is friendly and so are the people who workout there. This gym is also clean and there are disinfectant spray bottles and cleaning towels near most stations so it is easy to wipe equipment down. There is also a good variety of free weights, dumbbells, and machines to choose from so I can easily vary my workouts to keep things interesting and challenging.

Great price for the gym, friendly employees, I’ve been going here for several months now & the only thing I would possibly change is to get some newer or more durable hydromassage beds, & a better sauna for the women’s room. Also, if there was a women’s only section, that would make it the best gym I’ve ever been to- I just don’t think they would have room for that, at this location. Otherwise, it’s got everything you need, plus it being open 24/7 is an awesome perk! Any issues I’ve ever seen happen here with equipment have been fixed within 24-48 hours, so that’s good too.

UPDATE: I love this gym! I have updated my review to 5 stars. The staff are always kind & helpful, and last time I had an issue it was resolved immediately by the desk worker. I will miss it when I move away at the end of May!

This place is small and everyone is working on top of everyone. There is no time where you can be there and there be less people. Equipment is good. But I'm so used to my other gym it makes me despise these corporate/franchise gyms when it's all about money. It's tiring to say. Please people put these corporate/franchise gyms out of business. We need more local gyms. Not a corporate run facility. Prices suck. After 45 days they will tack on a 50 lock in rate even though it's 30 dollars a month. Seems like a quick cash grab for "budgeting purposes" for 1 year. We as humans have lost our way for the almighty dollar. No one is fighting back. No arguing they just accept it.

Update: So due to the comment that the company said. That was a very bot answer. As of now this annual fee they charge you to lock in your rate is 50 dollars additional to your 31 dollars so if your membership goes up 5 dollars it all ends up being the same. Scummy scam this gym is. All I want to do it workout. With limited gyms around here and not enough mom and pops it sucks. Stay away from here.

The owner/s really need to spend some money on simple fixes that would increase the quality of the place significantly. They need to either hire someone to deep clean the place every so often or mandate the employees to do so because the tanning beds and locker rooms are pretty filthy. There are also small things here and there that need to be replaced. We’re talking about less than $50 items that could be replaced and dramatically improve the feel of the experience.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and WAF is def top 2. What puts them over the top isn’t the equipment even though they have tons of great stuff don’t get me wrong. It’s the staff and the members. Where is ownership and management? One pec deck slips range of motion settings WHILE using it. The other has an unstable seat and the grips are misaligned. One row machine is completely un-usable and the other is dangerously worn out. If that hand-tied knot in the pull rope very gives way when someone’s using it…. The stationary bikes are missing pedal straps…which lie on the floor next to the machine for days on end before someone cleans up. For post-use equipment clean-up you have to use a crusty red shop towel which is of indeterminable age and cleanliness itself. Which I’m sure is why I’ve never seen anyone use them. Equipment pads are increasingly cracked and split. The water filter has been on yellow for a while now. Hard to believe the owners/managers ever actually bother to monitor the facilities condition. The hours are good and the variety of equipment would be great if it were maintained better. Seriously considering driving a few more minutes for better maintained equipment. I’ve already given up on doing cardio there and avoid certain weights machines I used to use.

Beware cancelation! I canceled my membership in March22. They continued to bill me until I caught it in January23 (shame on me). They sent me to collections for refusal to pay after speaking with the gym (Kroger Square) and then disputing it with my bank. I would recommend using just about any other gym in town due to their shady practices.

I tried contacting the corporate number provided below and it goes to a personal number for someone. Not really encouraging from a business perspective when trying to correct an issue.
