Absolutely the worst operated gym I've ever seen in my life. I will not be returning even though I live in this town I will be canceling my membership that I've had for quite some time the gym and Versailles is a thousand times better the people are nice they're always a 10 of the owner is amazing in Versailles but whoever runs this real crappy gym in Lawrenceburg they need to sell it because they're closed on Sundays how can you call yourself 24/7? This is the second time I've came here and tried to tan and there's not an attendant anywhere it is Saturday at 10:30 in the morning I guess roughly and no one is here to help me. This is absolute bullshit. I will be contacting corporate office over this I'm now at 20 minutes standing at this register

The little girl with extremely long brown hair was extraordinarily rude once I found her she was in the back cleaning somewhere and said she didn't know I was up front however her father left and she waved at him and I was standing behind him waving trying to get her attention and she looked right through me. Absolutely a horribly ran establishment when I told her how mad I was she said that really don't bother me I said I just have to start going back to Versailles it's raining a lot better she said that's fine go for it

Just another scam, like most gyms. Don't be fooled by the low monthly charge. There are hidden, unmentioned charges for everything else. My wife has a reading disability, and when she signed up, they told her that there were no other charges. When she decided it wasn't for her, they charged her an annual fee of $53, and another $53 just for canceling. We were able to block one of the charges but not the other. Look for an independent, honest gym and avoid all the chains. They are all scams, with hidden fees for everything.

Update - After this review, I received a response, asking why I left such a review. I emailed the main headquarters and answered that question - twice. Both emails were ignored.

I've been in several of the WOA24/7 's , in various counties. This facility is one of the biggest and most spacious. Very clean. Plenty equipment to choose from. My favorite is the hydro bed. I massage before and after each work out.

Small gym , equipment stacked on top of each other . anytime after 3pm it’s your local highschool hangout . Young kids working the desk hanging out with there friends so there is no help if you have issues scanning In . Personally I’d drive the 10 miles to Frankfort to a gym .

Decent gym but there’s always a group of at least five or more middle/high school kids hogging the equipment. Always yelling, goofing/playing, slamming weights, and being obnoxiously loud. customers pay for a gym membership not a elementary school play ground.

Ok experience for first time guest. Versailles WOA is a lot better imo. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to fix their water fountains. The one at Versailles WOA has a sensor that will fill the water bottle up all the way. It's a headache only filling up half of a 32 oz bc the stream is so low. Both fountains are like that. Also the men's restroom toilets and urinals is gross. I did like that their prices were upfront and visible. (Versailles is hidden and I received a hidden fee {enrollment or key idk}) I also liked the vending machine though the nuts were over priced.

Editing: gave another chance and ended up purchasing a 1yr membership. They’ve promised to credit the months we are unable to go due to them being closed, we will see if they honor that.
Giving 3 stars instead of 5 because they were not very knowledgeable when it came to the 1yr membership fees... took 2 people to break down the price for me.

Doesn’t answer calls or respond to messages. Can’t even get a membership because of this. Guess we won’t be going there. Oh well there’s more here we can go to. Sad, because we really wanted to go there !
