They can say what they want but the owner gave a scathing phone call to me when I accidentally broke their mirror. She threatened to take me to court even though I paid $250 right away. Later on they on claimed that it was “half off” doing me a “favor”. It’d be better if they just apologized but pride comes before fall I guess. That’s probably why Planet Fitness opened up next door lol.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Gym goers are very respectful, it’s always a clean environment and everyone is friendly. The employees are phenomenal! Adam was the one who originally who helped me enroll and has been incredibly helpful since then! If you are considering ANY gym in Nicholasville- Workout Anytime is definitely the place to go! Also to add: as a woman who goes to the gym by herself, I have never once felt uncomfortable there. This is the first gym i've been to where the males are very respectful of you and your space. If you are a woman looking for an environment where you can feel comfortable while working out- definitely consider Workout Anytime!

I've been going to workout anytime for about 8 months now and I love it. It's always clean and the staff is great. There is plenty of equipment to use so you are able to find something to do even if it is busy. The only thing I wish was better is... the wifi. I need my music while I work out and there's a lot of times that I can't use my phone in there.

This location has about anything you can need to workout with. There are dozens of machines ranging from bicycles, treadmills, free weight benches, cabled machines, pretty much anything you could need. Depending on the membership level, they also have tanning beds and a hydro massage. Other locations have a sauna as well.

This gym has charged me for a membership for two years since I have moved out of town. When I noticed this and called I was met with resistance. I now live two hours away, but I was told that I would need to visit the club, or send a certified mail through USPS to the gym to cancel the membership (who uses snail mail?!). By the way, that is roughly $1,000 in charges during this time period. BEWARE of their ridiculous policies before signing up. Maybe choose the club that is less than a football field away. Never had any issues there.

If you looking for a clean quote environment to tan work out this is the place to go. I usually tanned at suntan city and their prices just got crazy. Took me forever to get good results. I was very impressed with these tanning beds I seen results in a week. The price is amazing and you can work out anytime and they have hydro massage. Can’t beet it I highly Recommend. Staff makes you feel very welcome.

Found this gem after trying multiple in the area and I’m so glad I did! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoy seeing them everyday when I come in. The tanning beds and hydrobeds really bring it up a notch. The only downside is the gym gets super busy during “peak” hours but other times are better. However everyone that attends the gym is always super friendly and lovely to workout with.

Customer service was awful!!! The young man at the front desk rolled his eyes and talk about me & my friend under his breathe while we were standing there trying to explain how I've tired to cancel my membership for a year. The store manger called me and told me there was nothing he could do for me its all about policy. Policy isn't the only thing that matters when you are extremely rude to your paying customers that keep your business doors open. I would never recommend anyone go there very unprofessional and they have no regard's to people's hard earned money!!!

I gave this place great reviews at one point. However now I am highly disappointed in the fact I had to cancel my multiple membership due to issues in which I will not publicly discuss. I went into this location signed the papers to cancel or so I thought, now it's almost three months later and they are still charging my account for an add on membership and was told it was now fixed but unfortunately they could not refund my money, which due to lack of someone performing their job and doing what was asked I now have yet another charge. When asked to speak with management I was told they would contact me within 24 hours and here over a month later I'm still waiting.

Called when COVID happened to cancel our membership and they explained all memberships were going to be placed on hold and not billed. I explained I wanted to cancel due to COVID and that my husband was laid off and we had to move out of the area. It was a long conversation with all that was happening and they had to close their doors due to the Governor. Not paying attention to billing they continued to bill, then wouldn't refund. Everyone is out for the money. I have opened a fraud case with the bank and will continue to fight until I get my money back. Being a business over, I give 100's of dollars a year back. I would rather a nice review rather then one that shows greed.

Just got back into bodybuilding and I'm on a long road to my goal.This gym has top of the line equipment and just about everything you can imagine to help you achieve your goals.The price by far blows the competition of other gyms in the area out of the water.I loved every hour of the two hours I was in here.Yesterday was my first day there and definitely will not be my last.I recommend this gym to everybody in the nicholasville area.Dont go to other gyms.Another plus is there once a year maintenance fee is cheap too.No hidden fees and no contract.Excellemt place.

A smaller workout facility than most. It can be claustrophobic. The only changing areas for women are the two bathroom stalls. It has one of each type of weight machine, but several treadmills and ellipticals. The tanning beds and hydrobed are clean and a nice option for premium membership. My first visit there was met with a disinterested worker who pulled himself away from his phone long enough to point to the women's bathroom/locker room.

Great,clean environment... newest complaint : Tanning is sometimes impossible. Get there early 8-9 am ,but told you still can't tan til 10am by staff just sitting there. Then if you come in at night you can't tan at all. May reconsider Planet Fitness,because I'm paying the extra fee that's rarely available with my schedule. :(

Nice, clean gym. It's a pretty tight fight between machines and equipment. There's not much spare room for lunges or dynamic stretching either . Treadmills can fill up quickly but free weights and back area are usually open. Excellent value for what you pay monthly.
