Amazing People! I have such a great time while im there that I forget im even working out my body! The owners have been Amazing! I feel the information they provide and workout routine they give is top notch! They really show you how to utilize and work out each muscle safely and properly. My daughter comes with me sometimes (only 5 years old) and the owner even gives her a little sweet workout! It's such a family friendly place and I will always recommend them to anyone looking to better their lives and body's! They are amazing with first timers in any capacity. They never judge and always support you in anyway they can! 10/10

Xenofit is an awesome training facility. It is small but personable. Micah and Karen, the owners, make you feel welcome and give you a personalized experience. I'm 74yo and just started on my personal training journey October 2024 and definitely feel stronger and more flexible and pain free from my everyday aches and pains. The training has been great for my joint mobility, my balance and overall well being.
