Absolutely love ZNT! It's an amazing place for anyone, no matter your skill level. The trainers are super knowledgeable, friendly and really make you feel comfortable—there's no intimidation at all. They're energetic and always willing to help you push yourself while making sure you're training safely, so I never feel at risk of injury. Plus, it's incredibly cost-effective, which is a huge bonus. I've gained so much confidence in my training and I look forward to every session. Great gym with very nice equipment that you can use. Some of the kindest and best trainers I have had the pleaser of meeting and working with. My trainer Brodie is the best trainer I have had. He is very knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best so that you can get to were you want to be. The owner Zach is great as well. You can tell he wants to make sure you reach your fitness goals and has great plans to choose from so that it fits in your budget. Love the environment and for anybody that is trying to find a trainer or gym to join I definitely recommend ZNT fitness club. :)

ZNT: Personal Training is simply outstanding! The owner, Zach, is incredibly knowledgeable and provides fantastic feedback to all your questions, without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. I was assigned Mr. Kasey Kade as my coach, and he has truly been exceptional. He had me working out muscles I hadn't felt in years! I've had personal trainers before, but Kade is on another level. He thoroughly understands your limits and turns you into a powerhouse with that information. Plus, he offers valuable advice on protein, vitamins, and other essentials to help you improve. Me and my fiance have been with ZNT for about a year and a half now. We like that our workout routines are modified to fit exactly what we want to accomplish in the gym. my personal training sessions and she has been awesome! I came in recovering from a shoulder injury and she worked very slowly with me to get me to where I’m at now. I have been training with Kelsie since February. When i started my only goal was to lose weight. In the months I’ve worked with Kelsie she has educated me on a more comprehensive approach to fitness that includes strength training and proper nutrition. She always changes up my workout routine so I don’t get bored and I’m always learning something new. Since training with her Ive become stronger and more toned (hello legs). Zack (the owner) is always available to answer questions about all things nutrition and fitness as well. I have had the the opportunity to work with the best personal trainer in town Hayden Tinal since January 2023. He never disappoints. He understood all of my fitness needs and put it to the test during each session. What I enjoyed the most about his training is his passion for fitness and helping his clients meet their fitness goals. One big plus is the music, he played great music which helped me power thru our session. The one thing that stands out to me about Hayden is that he was always on time for our 7AM sessions. In fact, he was usually there by 6:45AM ready to rock it out.
This facility provided everything that I needed to meet my goal. Also, I feel safe working out at this facility. Hayden is very attentive, dedicated, and sticks with you every step of the way during workouts. I would recommend him to anyone of any age and gender. He is beyond great at what he does. I am more than blessed to have him as my personal trainer. I wouldn’t have it no other way. I want to give a big thanks to him for all of his time, dedication, great music, and hard work.

I have been training with Hayden Tinal for about 4 months now and have benefited greatly from it. As a football player and athlete who has lifted for over 5 years I have trained with many coaches and done many programs. Hayden has by the most knowledge in science based optimal training that I have seen. I am able to get in and get a safe workout done in an hour that has more benefit that when I would spend hours in the gym alone or with previous trainers. I have made tremendous strides in achieving my athletic goals In a shot period of time and I credit a great deal of this to Hayden’s personal training that he creates SPECIFICALLY for you. No cookie cutter programs.
If you are serious about making progress in your physical self, I would highly recommend getting a session with Hayden so you can see why I feel so strongly about his training.

As a World level competitive Powerlifter, I can’t say enough kind words about Zack Nusser. He’s definitely the real deal. His depth of knowledge is only surpassed by his passion and drive. Don’t let his boyish charm fool you, he has the skill and persistence to get you to your goals or… move you to the next level of competition.
When I started with Zack, all three of my lifts: squat, bench and deadlifts had flatlined. For nearly two years I was stuck at a plateau. Within just a few months working with Zack, both squats and deadlifts have massively improved. Also, Zack was able to identify a nagging shoulder issue that has been plaguing my bench. Without a doubt, I will, at long last, have new personal records at Nationals in September 2020.
I strongly recommend Zack for any level of fitness. Regardless if it’s weight loss, toning up or competitive Powerlifting… Zack is the man!

Having known Zack for most of his life (well, all of his life), I've had the opportunity to see him grow into a wonderful young man. Zack has been helping me learn more about strength training over the past 5 months.
