I am a previous coach and personal trainer new to Louisiana. Let me tell you how awesome this gym is! Solid coaching and welcoming atmosphere! There are some moves I am unfamiliar with and the owner/coaches took time during the class to make sure I was comfortable and understood the movements so I was safe and performing correctly. This is what people need to be able to continue. Cannot speak high enough! Looking for a gym? Look no further!

Excellent gym with warm family environment. There is a kids area with WiFi and couches. Very good pricing compared to most boxes in the area. Coaching staff are patient and well trained.

Amazing program with amazing results. The people are great too. Its a big family of nothing but support no matter you're fitness level. Great coaching that makes learning easy. Worth every penny. I lost 23 lbs in 2 months.

Friendly faces in my drop-in, tough workouts, and an overall good box space.

Had the opportunity to drop-in twice during my visit to LA, and this place kept the southern hospitality real.

Great crowd and fun coaches, but like any other box drop-in, try to let them know at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. This place was not strict but it helps a lot.
