I have been working with Harmon since early last Fall, and I have nothing but positive things to say. For a modest investment of time, I have realized tremendous gains in my strength and posture (which has helped my lower back pain). Harmon and his team are friendly, positive, and genuine in their desire to help you achieve your weight training goals. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend:
I have trained at multiple personal training studios in New Orleans . Access strength has been my best experience. I’m now over 40, but working with Harmon has allowed me to see gains I would have appreciated 20 years ago. His techniques and methods make for deep strength and lasting gains.

As a Gen X-er, I knew it was time to get serious about maintaining (maybe even increasing!) my body’s strength, flexibility, and balance as I age. But I am terrible about making myself exercise! I have belonged to other gyms and fitness centers but found them to be intimidating (both the other members and how to use the machines). Then, my mother was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is hereditary; her diagnosis confirmed for me that I needed to do everything I could to maintain my bone health so that I did not end up with several broken bones like my poor mom! When I learned about Access Strength, its one-on-one approach to guided weight machine use, and the first session is free with no contracts ever, how could I say no? My experience with Access Strength over the last 2 years has exceeded my expectations! I am building bone strength as well as muscle strength. I am stronger, more flexible, and have better balance thanks to a focus on core exercises that are guided with kind words, and I am always applauded by my one-on-one trainer. Harmon makes every minute that I am with him much more enjoyable than me trying to do this on my own!

Harmon has been an incredible trainer and friend. The slow and controlled approach to strength training has been the foundation of my fitness and wellness program for the past couple of years. The Access Strength approach has helped me significantly improve my core strength and nearly eliminate my formerly debilitating back pain. Safe and effective, I recommend Access Strength to anyone looking to build their strength and wellness without all of the “noise” that comes with big commercial fitness centers.

Harmon Dash has been my personal trainer for almost 15 years. I started to see him when I was diagnosed with osteopenia. Through regular supervised weight bearing exercise training, I no longer have the neck pain and I’ve lost weight. I highly recommend Access Strength. The facility is spacious with a variety of equipment. Harmon designs each workout based on any current strength goals.

I began the Super Slow protocol 24 years ago and have never regretted the decision. The science is solid, and the results are as promised – increased bone density, more energy, and continuing gains in strength and fitness. For the past six years, I've trained with Brian, and his attention to my individual strengths and challenges has been particularly effective. Without a doubt, Access Strength is the cleanest, most comfortable, and easy to access gym that I've used.

Harmon safely pushes me to limits I would never do on my own. At age 41 I feel stronger then I did in my 20’s, plus the private atmosphere makes for a more pleasurable experience compared to the crowded space of a typical gym.

My Access Strength experience has been extraordinary. After the first workout, I was walking taller, free from the aches and pains that usually slow me up, and I was excited to go back the following week. It's now been a month, and my strength and flexibility have dramatically improved! Ditch the way you used to exercise, and try 30 minutes a week at Access Strength! You won't regret it!

Juggling long work hours and three kids under the age of five leaves little time to focus on myself and requires lots of stamina. I’ve been working out 30 minutes a week with Harmon at Access Strength for a little over a year now, and at age 43, I feel stronger than ever; plus I’m left with enough energy to both happily do it all and enjoy the free time I do have. Not only is this a great workout for busy people, but it produces fantastic results which must be experienced to be believed!

I workout at Access Strength once a week for 30 minutes, and I KNOW this is working, because at age 70, I can get up and down off the toilet without any pain or restrictions on my movement; and that’s just the first way I noticed an improvement to my strength and flexibility. I have more strength and energy to keep up with my grandchildren, and enjoy leisure activities a great deal more. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to buy into the idea that I could achieve this in just 30 minutes a week, but Access Strength has made me a believer! Thanks, Harmon, the last six months with you have been great!

30 minutes of training makes a huge difference! This location's easy access, ample parking, and large open building puts to rest my "don't-want-to-work-out" excuses. Harmon and staff are so professional and welcoming It's hard to imagine working out anywhere else.

I used to be severely overweight, and the thought of going to a typical gym was way too intimidating; but the judgement free environment at Access Strength made me feel at ease, and encouraged to lose the excess pounds without the fear of injury. I’ve lost 8 dress sizes & am stronger than ever. Very grateful for Harmon & his staff. ❤️

I've been seeing Access Strength's owner - Harmon for 14 years. I started seeing him because I was having trouble recovering from surgery. I'm older and was intimidated by most other gyms. My quality of life is great and I know I'm stronger than most of my friends. The new gym is so big and spaced out that I felt safe even during the peak of covid.

I went to Access Strength because I was having difficulty in recovering from a tendon injury. I continually reinjured myself while I was trying to rehabilitate. My trainer, Harmon, showed a great amount of understanding and was able to rehabilitate me gradually so now I am back to where I was before the injury and perhaps a little bit better.

I can only say that I have a great amount of respect for their ability to rehabilitate people and to maintain their muscle strength and health. All the folks that I have seen working out there seem to be doing very well. I wholeheartedly recommend their modesty priced 30 minutes a week is the best way to stay in shape.
