Traveling to Baton Rouge and the manager at this location Mikey was very welcoming and helped accommodate me on Thanksgiving. Very positive and welcoming environment with great equipment.

This location is great. The manager is very nice and they keep everything very clean. My only complaint is that it gets VERY hot as the day goes on. The A/C can’t keep up and it is 80° by the end of the day which is miserable. There are very large windows in the front of the gym. I think there needs to be some shades to keep some of the heat out.

I've been training at this AF since 2006! I've been geauxing there so long, AF and I could have co-parented an adult by now lol. Jay and his staff are great! Which makes Highland my 2nd favorite AF! He will see me there these next couple weeks while Coursey is closed for renovations! Can't wait to get back home (Coursey AF) to enjoy and experience what's new! The Evolt Active is a great way to track your progress! Of course, Jay has it at both locations! #iworkout

I have been a member for years. I can’t see myself going elsewhere. I love the location, parking, safety, and most of all the atmosphere. It’s a very clean environment. AF have the fitness equipment that I need to stay in tip top shape… I love the setup of the gym. The owner, staff, and members are very friendly…no drama at all…I can go on and on but that’s all for now 😃

Great staff, they will check on your progress and won't shy away from giving you advice. The gym is typically at a good capacity, coaching is very well executed, and the price is not bad for a gym that's open 24/7!

Spacious gym, not very crowded (even at 6pm!), very clean, good bit of equipment availability, but no yoga mats???? Had to stretch on the AstroTurf and my knees did not love that. Otherwise it was great, I was just so confused.

I love working out at this gym! It’s always super clean, well stocked with wipes and disinfectant and they have plenty of equipment. Staff are friendly. Great parking. I come here almost every day and it feels like “home”. Thanks AF for working hard to keep this location in tip top shape! 👍💪

Great gym Emily and Jake are outstanding Jake always talks an always waves at you when you walk in I've been going there now for a little over a month they're both great . Both of them are very helpful if you have any questions about exercises or any kind of particular workout routine they're more than happy to help you and I work a crazy schedule and so it being 24/7 really works great with my schedule and it's always clean

Pretty nice gym, alot of older people go here so it's not as high pressure as some others. They have a fair bit of equipment, parking can be alittle limited during peak hours since it is near other businesses.

I love my gym !!! The machines are in really great condition ! They don’t have a free weighted leg press machine but they have two walls of free weights TRX straps row machines and multiple dead lift stations ... the only thing they don’t have that I have had at other gyms is a tanning booth or hydro message table. It’s def clean and to the point

Always my gym of choice. It is on the smaller side, but spaced well and setup conducively for workouts of all different types. And always clean and well maintained. Been using this gym for many years and have always been very happy with the service and offerings.

Been going to anytime for years now. This is the first place that a worker confronted me about a (that's too much skin) dress code even though the company website states to come comfortable and this gym's site does not advertise a dress code prior to you entering. Felt like I was in elementary school having shorts an inch too short or not wearing a belt. While I love this gym I might from now on go to the other gyms nearby where I can feel comfortable. Others in the gym had much more revealing clothes. Just a warning to all future gym goers. Cover everything up.

Good management that makes sure to keep the place clean and foster a friendly exercise environment. It's not a huge place, but generally is not too crowded either. I have never had a problem with equipment availability, and the shower is usually open too.
