Absolute horrible gym. I was treated with nothing but disrespect from the manager and was double charged multiple times after paying the year lease in full. Getting them to pay me back for being double charged has been like pulling teeth. And they still owe me!!
I love Anytime Fitness, but the Belle Chasse Louisiana location was a horrible experience.

Pésimo lugar vi como a dos chicas por no saber inglés no las quisieron atender ni hicieron el intento en hacerlo por no saber inglés cuando en muchos lugares como hospitales escuelas deeler de carros y ect hacen hasta lo imposible por atenderlas y ganar clientes pero al parecer este lugar discriminan a sus clientes por su nacionalidad y su idioma.al ver esto ni quise entrar yo al mismo ,salí a buscar otro sitio ya que me iba a suceder lo mismo.lamento tanto que esto sucede en pleno 2024 y que tengan a personas trabajando en atención al cliente con estos principios.no recomiendo para nada este lugar si no hablas su idioma.y para firmar un contrato de un gimnasio no creo que allá que tener tantos requisitos para el mismo cuando se quiere se puede y si no ya verán como ellos se van a preocupar al ver esta reseña la van a traducir y responder, así mismo podían a ver hecho con esas muchachas .

El peor servicio que me han brindado la muchacha nos dijo que no podía registrarme porque no hablaba español a pesar de que le dije que podíamos usar el traductor me dijo que virará con alguien que hablara español. Realmente me sentí muy mal en este lugar.

Really bad work at the gym, they don't really attend to you sister yesterday they didn't pay attention to you, I have come several times, I haven't been able to put in my application. And apart from that, I applied online, they gave me seven days to try out the gym and still they didn't let me in. The place is truly disrespectful, I'm sorry for whoever it may bother or inconvenience, but it's a very bad job at the place, I do not recommend it.

Realmente un mal trabajo en el gimnasio, no te atienden verdaderamente hermana ayer no te presta atención, he venido varias veces, no he podido poner mi aplicación. Y aparte de eso apliqué online, me dieron siete días para probar el gimnasio estar y así todo no me dejaron entrar verdaderamente es una falta de respeto el lugar, lo siento por a quien pueda molestar o incomodar, pero es muy mal trabajo del lugar, no lo recomiendo.

The equipment is pretty new and the place is super clean. Like many Anytime Fitness gyms, though, the place is tiny. It's great if you are there when it's quiet, but it could get tough to get onto equipment if there are more than 5 people. I was considering a membership since I live on the base and this is the closest gym I could find until I saw the membership rates. I think the prices are WAY out of line for what a place this size can offer. It was $45/mo for the three month option. I just don't see the level of amenities the other gyms offer at way less than half the cost per month. I'll travel a little farther for the equipment and amenities offered at Club4 or Youfit.

Good small gym without that crazy bigger gym crowd. the 24 hour availability is awesome, I can finally go as I please an not worry about the rush hour crowd or waiting for it to open.

WORST ANYTIME FITNESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Nice gym, but terrible customer service. My key fob did not work on Friday. The staff was off that day due to cinco de mayo, so I called to inform them that my access fob was not working and to please call me back. Still no call back. Today, May 8th, I went to this location around 11 a.m., and the access fob still did not work. I rang the bell, and a lady opened the door for me. I told her my key was not working. Her response: "We locked you out." I asked why? Her response was because I was leaving the bathroom floor too wet after showers, and it was making a mess.
(It's a small shower, and there's no curtain or divider between the shower floor and the bathroom floor.) I asked why I was not called first, and she said she didn't have my number because I had not yet become a home gym member. I find it hard to believe that she could not at least get a message to me through my home gym in nearby Algiers. I assumed that everyone left the floor wet due to the lack of shower curtains & floor divider. I told her now that I knew better I would wipe up the floor with my towel before leaving.

To just lock a patron out because the staff disapproves of something a patron is doing without bothering to even try to bring it to his or her attention first is the height of unprofessionalism and terrible customer service.

Strongly urge anyone reading this to seek membership elsewhere.

Kelsey and another employee (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) both worked hard to make sure my membership worked in a different state for the number of months I am here. They called the location currently local to me and did all the work. Fantastic people.

It's nice. It's new. Staff are really nice. I go there because it's open 24 hrs, and being a charter boat captain, I can get in there before an early morning charter.
