Horrible management, forced to sign a contract and when I had to move for work, the manager said I had to “send a letter in the mail” so they sent me to collections. Actual joke, will never be going to this franchise again

UPDATE: It's been about a month, maybe six weeks, since I joined, AND this location is very clean. All the equipment I have used is in great condition. The gym community at this location is very respectful and I've observed the pride everyone has in keeping this location clean, aka putting "the wet wipes" to good use. I'm enjoying my fitness journey!
Crystal with Anytime made joining the gym so efficient and seamless. She was very accommodating with my endless amount of questions and inquires. Facilities are very clean and well equipped. It’s been at least a decade since I’ve exercised with weights, so I am still figuring out my workouts…I am enjoying the 24 hour access!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The manager helped me get a routine to feel comfort coming. I love coming and doing my workout. I even listen to my lectures and I feel I am retaining it better. Which I'm proud to say on my nursing exam since I start is an 89.9 before I made lower. So I feel this is a great place for me to unload and at the same time work on myself. I am thankful to be apart of the community. The environment is welcoming, cleaning, and over my comfort zone!

It’s too small and their cardio equipment is old and in disrepair. They also charge you twice a year for upgrading equipment, which didn’t seem to happen. I never felt comfortable in this gym. It’s also not easy to cancel. You can’t just cancel over the phone. You need to go in and cancel; if you wait too long they charge you for a month even after your contract has expired. Just be aware.

Locked me into an expensive year long contract when I was only living in the area for 3 months, then wouldn’t let me cancel once I moved out of state. They now state that I need to write a physical statement for cancellation even though it’s been over a year. Incredibly frustrating

Gym is very clean and wasn't incredibly busy when I went this past weekend. Staff was super friendly, I just wish there were more wipe-down stations spread around the workout area, cause theres only two for a pretty large location.

Very clean gym with equipment for everything. My favorite is the stair master and the squat press. The showers are nice to have at your convenience. I love going in around 1 a.m.

What's not to like about 24 hour access? I prefer the Breax Bridge and Carencro location rather than the Pont Des Mouton location. The lady manager there can be a bit moody.

Little things like staff knowing members’ names and greeting them every time they walk in the door and showing genuine interest are what separates this gym from the rest. Also the equipment is never broken and it’s extremely clean. Best gym in town!

Gym was OK. When I finally went to cancel my membership they kept charging my account for two months. After repeatedly calling I had to finally file a complaint through my bank to stop them from charging me again. I hate getting lied to and would not recommend this company on that experience alone.

Recently renovated = super clean, great equipment, fun music, and most of all, their staff is super welcoming, encouraging and kind. Shower for men and women + a separate unisex restroom. Lots of back rollers, treadmills and loved the high ceilings :)

High prices and fees for not many options of work out equipment. I think their goal is to get you to spend money on a personal trainer and I don't like someone in my face. I like to go and do my own thing. I ended up across the street at planet fitness. it was FIVE TIMES cheaper, 60% more equipment options, tanning, water massage table, massage booth, massage chairs............and only $10-$20 a month verses $48 at Anytime Fitness

A well kept gym. Equipment is always working and clean. Showers are excellent! A few other AF's could come by and take a few notes on how it's done. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive or pushy. I love this place. :-)
