Got there around 9:45 and doors were locked and no one home. The signs on the doors simply stated closing time for staff….hum! Finally had another customer let me in. As I walked in, the horrible locker room smell just hits you from every direction. Plenty of room and equipment, but No lockable lockers (hidden from view) I met the owner, Logan who was nice and accommodating. However the other staff could use additional customer service training; defensive and put off. Wouldn’t answer my questions without defending their positions or snapped back dissecting my question as if I asked several things at the same time; even had the gall to tell me I’m asking two different things. As if I needed to help them compartmentalize my question so they could answer!!!! Which they didn’t. Really!!! Do not recommend.

Angie does a wonderful job with clients and others who workout at the Hewitt AF location. She makes time to answer questions and creates an overall welcoming atmosphere. I had tried to call a few times, but there was no answer. When I walked into the facility instead of saying hi, welcome she said are you a member? She then proceeded to say she was booked with clients and couldn't give me any details about the gym. She said to take a picture of her number to call her. Only when I was friendly did she say I could try out the gym, which I did. At this point I already felt so unwelcome. When I went to leave there was NO thank you for visiting, please contact me, NOTHING. I told her how disappointed I was and left. This is not a welcoming place at all if you are a younger individual.

The customer service is absolutely distasteful, being new to this gym I tried going through one of the doors with my membership tag and it wouldn’t open so I went around to another door and used my membership tag and it opened. As soon as I walk in I get questioned by a wider eye woman if I am a member I said yes, then as I attempt to walk away she says oh you just didn’t have your tag today, I said yes and then pulled out my tag and showed her, then as I attempt to walk away again she goes oh you just didn’t use your tag today to get into the door. I said no I did use my tag thinking in my head like what in the actual heck using the tag is the only way to get inside. So she just kept nodding her head like she didn’t understand so I said, and pointed I came through this particular door. Because she never seen me in this gym or maybe never a brown skin woman at this particular gym she thought it would be okay to question me very hardly and that isn’t okay. Especially being that she knew I was new because that was another question she asked and she didn’t ask I if needed any help around to find the right workout machine or where the bathroom was or anything she just went on her phone. That’s how I knew she was being rude. It left a very bad impression on me but maybe that was her intentions so I won’t come back. But I will be back because I’m there to workout nothing more nothing less. And if my presence will upset this particular woman so be it because I will be back.

Enjoyed the gym and everything at first but then I moved to Hawaii and could no longer use my membership, so I went in to cancel it. They sent me through this big run around and took forever just to get into proper contact with them to cancel my membership, I had already been charged another fee during the cancellation process. After all is said and done I’m in Hawaii and get charged another fee, so I contact them and they tell me it is canceled that there was just one more payment I had to make at the start of the month and I said okay and didn’t fight the, since they made it seem like I wouldn’t be charged anymore. I look at my banking info today and see that I was charged ANOTHER gym membership fee for a gym I can’t even access, AFTER I was LIED to and told my membership was canceled and that I shouldn’t be charged again. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service when it comes to canceling a membership. It’s literally a run around just to get into contact with them, when I sent them the proof they needed for me to cancel my membership they didn’t even respond to the email so I never truly knew if my membership was canceled, and then when I reach out the first of the next month through text after being charged another fee they respond and tell me it is canceled, which is clearly not the case now. They’re super nice when it comes to getting a membership but when it’s time to leave clearly they don’t care. Don’t waste your time with this gym unless you want to be lied to by the employees. Super disappointed, I would of never been this upset and frustrated if I was just told the truth. Overall if you don’t see yourself staying with the gym for the REST of your life don’t bother getting a membership here because trying to cancel your membership with them is a severe pain in the a**.

Stopped by 05/28/21 to see the gym and discuss a membership. Unfortunately it was after employee hours. I sent an inquiry email the following day and was later text messaged by "Angie" about visiting the place and when I could stop by. I messaged back that I wouldn't be able to again until the following Friday and I never received another reply back. The following Friday 05/28/21 I did indeed stop by around 10:30am and attempted to enter the guest doors and they were locked. There was no sign up explaining why, it was just locked. Guess I won't be getting a membership.

Angie contacted me personally Monday 06/07/21 to set up a time for me to come again and see the gym. Met with Angie today. She was very kind. She took the time to walk me through the gym and show me what all the gym had to offer. I purchased a membership and look forward to my first workout!

A solid Anytime. It's not large, but it is clean and completely furnished. Due to the small space, there is only one full barbell rack, but there is a deadlift/clean corner as well. UPDATE - HUGE WASTE OF TIME - WHY GO TO A PLACE WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 02/14/19 I've been sitting outside the manager's office for nearly 25 minutes now! There is no sign of anyone being here to help. I have called the number posted on the door twice and the number to the gym three times - no answer on both. I was looking to get started working out and the website indicated they had staffed hours 9 am to 7 pm. Perhaps they meant if you could find the staff working then it was considered staffed? Phone just rang again and there is no one around to answer. Wow! It is remarkable that establishments like this survive with this obviously poor attention to customer service. On the off chance someone had a emergency, I stuck around long enough to write this review and I've been here now for about 30 minutes.
02/16/19 I am hopeful. I was contacted by Angie after the above said incident. She apologized for what happened providing a legitimate reason why. I asked her if she would send me some information via email. We'll see what happens.

My wife and I have been go to Anytime Fitnesses for some time now.
1 the owner is one of the nicest men you could ever ask for , he is very knowledgeable about teaching people how to take care of their Helton . I must add he care about the people that come to his gym.
2. Clean every time we go it’s always clean I take my shower after I work out . The staff take pride in their gym and the members do to become we are asked to wipe off the equipment with a disinfectant cleaning wipes the gym always has them for every one to use and I must say that every one clean up there equipment after use.
3.alway plenty of parking you can get in and out easy and the parking lot is kept very clean also.
4. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you do not understand how to use anything of the equipment they will come and help you understand how to use it , one thing I admire about them is they never make you feel belittle I have had them help me and watch them help others they make It a point to makes sure you understand how to use it so that you do not get hurt.
5 No one has ever bothered me every one I have talked to in the gym is very nice I feel that is because the owner talks to all new members and Get to know a little about them but I not sure but I believe Anytime Fittness teaches the owner what to look for. I say that because I used our gym and the people where nice there to!
6 this is one of the most important thing to me because I go early in the morning like 3 or 4 A.M. i feel safe the door locks behind you there are thes 911 buttons you can carry with you if you if you need anything typ of help . It’s well light up all the time . Let me add this I used to walk where I live and it seems that after the city put in speed bumps the people drove faster I couldn’t enjoy my walk at the gym I can watch and show because all the equipment I use has a tv and there’s WiFi so I bring my tablet and can watch what ever I want with a set of headphones. I don’t have to worry about getting hit by a car because someone is running late in a rush we all know it would be a accident and the driver would fell bad but I will be the one hurt .
I could go on and on the man is a very fair person and if I remember right if your not happy in a short time I believe they will work with you .
I may not know all the names of the people that work out there but I know I see a lot of the same faces.

I really like this gym. Since the new owner took over it's a lot cleaner. The manager is really nice. The members there are also nice, no matter what time you go in. There seem to be a lot of regulars. I bring my 6month old in with me and everyone is really friendly to her. I feel safe enough to workout with her in her bouncer and other members I nice enough to have her. I've seen other parents with theirs kids and that's very wonderful to me. Only thing is I wish there was a stair master!!! Oh how my legs desire one. Oh, and I can't get the class project to work; then again I've never asked for help so that's on me. Other than that always clean and upkept safe and friendly people.

Great staff, very supportive, clean, positive environment. Equipment is clean, good working order, organized. Online app very helpful for beginners to experienced for work out idea, meal plans, and motivation. They offer Zumba for members and non Members. Group circuit training with a certified trainer. Owner himself goes above and beyond to help and support you in your work out goals.

Worked out here for several years, never had any problems until a recent episode with a newer male member being verbally aggressive! Reported to manager and upper management who told me they would look into and get back to me, never heard back from upper management! Poor management! Had to quit because I was very uncomfortable around this male member!!!

I have worked out for well over 10 years. The staff are very professional and kind. The gym has no broken equipment everything is professionally cleaned and cared for. Very happy
