Just wanted to provide another review of this establishment. I haven't been to this gym since February. I canceled my membership as I advised the owner I had a change in income. Owner refused me the cancelation form. Not only that but they were pulling money out of my account every 9 to 10 days. Please check your accounts. She even turned it over to a collections agency, and attempting to collect 700 dollars. I went go the gym 3 months if that. She won't see a dime from me. She does not even deserve a star. I heard they also charge gym users a cleaning fee in addition to the membership.

Update:

They tried to put it on my credit report. I filed a report with BBB and they didn't respond. I got that removed also. Please do not go to this gym.

Everything in this gym is so new! Felt like I was the first person who has used this gym. Everything is extremely clean, and the whole building has that “new gym smell.” 10/10.

HORRIBLE!! The manager is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. She refused to let me cancel my membership after I told her I was moving, and that I could no longer afford this. I also have an autoimmune disorder that prevents me from working out and she told me I needed a doctors excuse. She also charges my account serval times a month and still sent it to collections saying I owe them and was again rude as heck when I called to talk to her about this. The manager is hatful and horrible to do business with, if I could work out I would not go here just because of her.

No one helps me can't get a member ship waiting for twenty minutes. This is the only gym under seventy dollars in the area but I can't get help to get a membership

Worse gym experience ever. I had to fly overseas to Isreal in December. I notified the manger of the gym, in order to cancel my membership. She said send her proof I was going out of country for the next few months. So I did. She said no worried I’ll submit the paperwork and gym membership will be canceled. It’s now February 26th and she has yet to cancel my membership. I have been going back and forth with her for months now to cancel. But I’ve been overseas and she has yet to cancel. If you leave for deployment or you might have to go out of country for work. DO NOT GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP AT THIS GYM. They will not honor their word.

This location is filthy, for the rates they charge for their facility they can definitely afford better sanitation practices. I guess enlarging their salaries is more important to them than the general health of the people making those salaries possible. As a lady, I don't feel safe working out with all the possibilities for infection.

Very roomy. Equipment is nice and new. I didn’t have to wait on any machines. I wish there was an Ab machine and hip abduction machine. But very nice facility

While the gym itself is in great standards, I can say the morality of the ownership is in stark contrast. I am locked into a contract that I was even refused the paperwork to submit a cancellation request. Also, the quoted rates are not factual. I was told that I would be charged $25 USD but the amount consitently shown is over $30. That was not what I was told when I registered. Also, the frequency of the charges is ridiculoous. My card was charged March 30th, and then again on April 11th. Thats less than 12 days. I don't even attend the gym that often. Finally, I had to recently change positions due to a toxic work environment, and notified them that financially it was a commitment I could no longer support but that was not even a concern to them as all they seemed to care about is receiving payments to keepo their business afloat. I would do thorough research before choosing to sign a contract with them.

****Update***

I was contacted today by a collection company regarding a debt by Anytime Fitness. How can you choose to attempt to collect a debt but ignore all contact from the Better Bureau Business regarding the manner in how you were collecting my money, charging me multiple times in only a days span, and then refusing to give me the document to submit for cancelling the membership? Again, be careful with joining this gym as clearly they are hard up for money. I havent attended this gym since February but according to them I owe them $700.
