The staff here are fantastic and the gym is always exceptionally clean. The small group and team classes are challenging but fun! The built-in accountability with nutritional coaching is an added bonus along with the InBody scans to help keep me on track! I genuinely look forward to and enjoy my workouts here at AF and am grateful I’ve found a gym (and community) that is so incredibly welcoming, values wellness, self-care and health!

I had been in a huge exercise slump for countless years and had a huge reality call when my wedding ring wouldn’t fit properly anymore. I was extremely hesitant to go to the gym because I didn’t know what to do to get back in shape.

When I came in for a consultation with Nick, he made me feel welcome, didn’t judge me on the numbers showing on the body scanner. He was incredibly supportive and still is. Every time he sees me in the gym outside of our small group workouts, he always stops and tells me great job, just for showing up and doing something.

I don’t know if it’s just because we’re in a small town or not, but everyone is always extremely friendly and inviting at this particular location. Thank you for helping me believe in myself again. I wouldn’t have done it without y’all.
