Flooring is bubbling up creating a serious tripping hazard. Smith machine is old and worn out. The place smells. Ceiling tiles are falling. But the draft checking accounts every 6 months and label is club enhancement fees.

I was truly horrified when I walked into the location. I’m not sure how Anytime corporate hasn’t shut down a gym like this. Every time I turned a corner I gasped at how dirty it was. Filthy. Vile. It’s really a reflection of the owner & id be so embarrassed if I was them. Not to mention it’s also incredibly disrespectful to the people that pay to use it. The members deserve better! I’m visiting from out of state & it’s pathetic that I have to drive to the Anytime in the next town over. Don’t apologize, don’t make excuses, fix it. The members deserve better!

Gym has potential but is outdated and not updated or taken care of. Management sounds like they are doing their best but owners not reinvesting into the gym. I drive to St. Francisville location to workout most of the time and pass this gym to do so. I wish this gym would get some TLC

Not bad all the basics. But the treadmills look pretty old, time to order new ones and a new abdominal machine. Location is nice, next door to grocery store. If you're a truck driver, perhaps don't stay long.

Upon arriving for the sign-up, there was a lack of welcoming atmosphere. We weren't invited to sit down, leaving us standing in the doorway while he called his wife to complete the process. Adding to the discomfort, his gym bag occupied the chairs by the desk. Given my limited ability to stand due to a past injury, the situation worsened when he abruptly barged through me and my mother without an apology while going to test the key outside. Feeling disregarded, I promptly canceled my membership and sought alternatives elsewhere.

Today was my first day at the gym in years! I received superb service and equipment education by Anna. She was patient and demonstrated how to use the machines. She was also informative, friendly, saw that I was comfortable, and addressed any questions. Way to have a welcome back at the gym! It calmed my nerves and fears of getting in the gym to be greeted with warmth! I feel good in my body and spirit!

Being under newer management, I can say this gym has had a definite impact from this. Boosted moral overall, I can say before I did not feel comfortable working out at this gym in the unclean environment. But, Anna has definitely made a change in this. The equipment stays clean and now I never even have a bad experience with the employees or others!

Poorly managed. Equipment stays broken. Facility is cleaned by spraying sanitizer around randomly. Impossible to cancel membership. Unresponsive manager and just plain lied to when I could get a management person to show up to staffed hours. Avoid this place, go to snap or spectrum down the road.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since August 2021. I was told I could do so via email I did that. Then I was told , months after I noticed I that was still being charged & contacted the gym) by Cassie Lyn gym manager, that she didn't receive my email. I resent every month August, September and October. It's now December and I am still being charged. I called again on 12/16/21 @3.15pm spoke with a young man named Aiden and explained the situation AGAIN; he said he didn't see anything on my account and would re-send the cancellation notification. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED! Unethical and deplorable business practices. I am only leaving a 1 star because I have to select something to leave a comment.

It's really dirty, floors are disgusting. Most dumbbells are loose and degraded. A lot of the machines and cardio equipment doesn't work and is also degraded. Not enough plates in the gym to satisfy the need of a busy gym. Very rare for gym members to rack their weights when they are done.

Update:

I raised it from 1 star to 4. They have recently remodeled the gym and is now ALOT cleaner. I would now recommend this gym to someone.

I’ve been trying to contact since March to cancel my account because I moved out of state. I thought it was taken care of because I haven’t been charged the last couple of months. Horrible management and communication. I used the free trial they offered, saw the gym was nasty and equipment was squeaking so I decided to cancel. I called the manager on my last day and he never answered the phone. I called again the next day and said he saw my call, never called back, and said I was a day late to cancel. I’ve been trying for the last 2 weeks to call him again to give him paperwork showing that I have moved, and he will not pick up the phone. I went there the other day during his work hours and he wasn’t there. Overall bad experience. I’m trying to find a corporate number to call as we speak.

Joined here because Anytime's locations are the most convenient for both my Zachary and NOLA homes. It’s the nastiest gym I’ve ever been in. It smells like a boys school gym and it’s filthy. Machines have layers of grime and sweat stains as if they are never wiped down by management. At the Y, machines are cleaned daily.

I love Anytime Fitness I love the fact that it's 24 hours and then it's an amazing atmosphere no judgment at all if you want to get a quick workout in go ahead you want to be there for our again go ahead friendly staff and you get a time to be alone most hours especially around 8 or 9 p.m. you can really go ahead and get the gym to yourself most days and it's an amazing thing because you feel able to work out in peace or if you like working out with a lot of people you can also go in on early Saturday and early Fridays

This is where we come to get the results we demand and the quality we deserve. I was in town for a month recently and used this Anytime Fitness location 4 days a week since your membership gives you access to all of their locations across the world! I absolutely loved it. You are able to access the gym 24 hours a day and there is never any type of crowd! It’s a good mix of all ages and not the social meathead stereotype environment. It was just purchased by a new owner named Hunter. He was extremely nice and helpful with everything I needed! They really want to give you the best experience that they can while you are their member. Highly recommend for a convenient, stress free work out facility with a great staff!

How sad! Leblanc's evidently was sold to Rouses grocery and it is trash now. The scale in the produce department is not calibrated so when you get to the register it weighs more and they do not even care! The prices are outrageous it is just sad
