Don't have time to go to the gym? Prefer working out at home or at the office? I offer fully mobile personal training and coaching services, tailored to your goals and needs. Insured and Certified in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and specialized in Sports Performance, with 7 years of experience. All gym equipment will be provided as necessary, including free weights and cable machine.

Ben is definitely a 5 star trainer, doesn't matter your level from beginner to professional, he guides you with his superb knowledge to bring the best out of you. He gets to know you personally so he can train you the best way for you. He was a big part of why we're heading into the TBL championship

Coach Ben Nati Johnson is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I have worked with. Not only does he take the time to get to know you, your strengths & weaknesses, he will also personalize the training program to your sport of choice in order to push you to a higher level. I was better prepared for NCAA lacrosse thanks to Coach Ben. I will continue to use Ben throughout my athletic career.

Benji is an amazing trainer; he is one of the most consistent people I know. He is always on time, always prepared, always in a good mood, and always friendly.
