Body Sculpt Barre in BR is my favorite place to be! The atmosphere is great and is filled with the best people and instructors that push you to do the best you can. It’s so upbeat and fun! If you haven’t tried it out, you need to! The first class is free🙌🏼

This has been the best experience of my life. I just moved to Baton Rouge 2 months ago and becoming a member of Body Sculpt has been a blessing. I have made friends, found my community, and gotten a good workout every day of the week. I know I can always rely on a class to make my day 10 times better!

I love it here! I’m new to barre, and I was worried I might feel out of place. But I was welcomed with open arms. The owner and instructors are so kind and caring! I look forward to class, and feel amazing when I leave. My body is visibly changing and it’s only been 5 months!!! Each instructor has her own fun personality and you can tell they love what they do. Thank you so much. I’m a barre girlie now!!

As someone who is socially anxious; I cannot recommend BSB enough. The instructors have all been friendly, supportive and motivating without being pushy or critical. I love walking into the studio before work, being greeted with a smile and not have to worry about planning a workout. I had to quit barre for a few years and I will not let that happen again. They are not kidding about how much barre can improve your balance, strength and stamina. It was wild to realize how much weaker one side and areas of my body had gotten. Due to various muscle, joint injuries and a minor heart condition; it’s been hard for me to pursue fitness. BSB is making that possible for me and I’m so glad they opened the Baton Rouge Studio because I can attend weekday classes now!!

I can’t say enough good things about Body Sculpt Barre Perkins Rowe. The community is amazing, the workouts are next level and for any age range, and the instructors are outstanding! They work with you through pregnancies, injuries, getting back into a workout routine, etc. Everyone is very uplifting and positive and it’s a great environment to get healthy and create a lifestyle you love! I have always worked out, but since starting Body Sculpt Barre I have seen changes in my body that the gym didn’t bring. The first class is free so GO GO GO!

I highly recommend this studio and program. On my first day in-studio, I was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm, despite feeling anxiety about returning to a studio two years after having a baby. In full transparency, I am a fitness addict. I have been a runner for well over a decade, I take spin classes multiple times per week, and I've taken barre for six years. After just a month of in-studio and on-demand BSB classes, my diastasis has improved dramatically, and my alignment has returned to pre-baby condition. Last week, I wore my first non-"mom" bikini in two summers, and I am finally starting to feel like myself. It's a relief to have found a program that truly works and is fun to boot!
