Brandon has been my trainer for over five years. Since Brandon has a way of making training sessions fun, I actually look forward to them. As an older woman, we have worked on building muscle for functional strength. Brandon has immense knowledge regarding anatomy, proper form, health in general, plus how to motivate for the best results!

I would recommend Mr. Brandon to anyone at any age no matter where they are in their fitness journey. He helped me create a healthy routine and build up stamina and resilience. As a teenager with asthma, I HATED working out and doing most physical activity. But training with Mr. Brandon has lead me to have a more positive outlook. And he is so fun to talk to!

I have been working "out" with Brandon's guidance (and patience) since 2019. The workouts are specifically designed for my needs and he focuses not only strength training, but the wellness of the muscle. I've grown to understand that pushing to I drop is not healthy, that better results happen when I stretch always and slow it down once in a while. Bonus points for the great conversation and playing the music I want to listen to! Highly recommend!

Brandon was great, he helped me get in shape for an upcoming vacation. He is very knowledgable about the musculoskeletal system. I enjoyed the one on one session you get at his studio. He has everything you need to get fit. For me it’s better than going to a large gym that can be distrating.

If you’re looking for personalized attention from a trainer with a focus on safe total body movement and strengthening, then look no further. Brandon will listen to your goals, keep you accountable, challenge you and help you get results. I never thought I needed a personal trainer until I was almost 50. I worked out almost daily but was losing interest and I knew I needed extra motivation since I was aging and the gym wasn’t working for me alone anymore. Chaps was the key I needed to keep me moving forward. He knows his stuff. He challenged me with every work out and taught me how to push myself beyond what I ever thought I could do after 50. He is very personable and he tailored my workouts specifically for me always keeping in mind my strengths and any weaknesses. I looked forward to training with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any one of any shape or size. He’s friendly, easy to talk to and knows what he’s doing and if you stick to it the results reflect his knowledge.

I’ve been a client of Brandon’s for 5 years. I’m the kind of person who enjoys working out but needs the accountability of a trainer to get me to actually go. Brandon is attentive, knowledgeable, motivational, and makes working out fun. He became a great friend of mine, so I always look forward to our sessions together. Brandon has a private studio, so every session is one on one without anyone else around - it’s a great setting if you’re self conscious or new to working out.
