Iv'e been trying to talk to the management about taking money that is not due out of my son's account.
He left for a job in Maryland and they are still taking payments out.
I've tried many times to talk to them, Nick. I understand the workers are really not responsible for this, that being said, why do they let workers handle cancellation forms.
My son signed a cancellation form, no one knows where it is.
Now I will be forced to close his account out.
No one calls me back to explain anything
Not a very responsible place.

I have been a member for several years, and the new location(1 year old) has all new, state of the art, equipment. The fitness classes offered are great for all levels of fitness. The owners are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They are dedicated to making your fitness goals a reality.

I've tried to freeze my account since beginning of November yet there still taking out of my account 48 dollars in December.I will be going back and hopefully can get a refund. I'm beginning to think they are trying to get over on people telling them they froze the account yet money is still being withdrawn. It's like there stealing money.

I meet the owners wife. She was a doll. Could’t have been more helpful. There prices are extremely competitive. Guys area was perfect. Lockers, new equipment, even a section for cross fitters. I’d recommend atleast stopping threw before you went to anytime or planet fitness. Just a good vibe.

Fantastic gym that is locally owned and operated. Owners are there often and extremely welcoming and responsive. I'm still amazed that our small town got a gym of this caliber opened here. The investment necessary for this type of facility and equipment is massive. Super grateful to not have to drive into Lafayette to workout. The equipment here beats the heck out of Planet fitness!

This place went up in their monthly subscription but lowered the quality of their gym. The parking lot is unbelievably small, there is too much equipment shoved in a tiny space, it feels claustrophobic, it could get steamy and stinky, there is only one restroom for the whole gym, and there is barely any air circulation. Although, the people and staff are always great. I am not the only one complaining about this, I wish they would've just fixed their equipment before they relocated. This place used to be the best gym in Breaux bridge. Now, I and other people will be moving to Enso Fitness.

Has just about every machine you could possible want or need. Some of the machines need a little maintenance. Leg press was missing bolt and nut causing it to be unstable. Made the staff aware of this. Dumbbells could also use a little love as well. Many are a bit rusty and starting to flake off. outside of those two observations my experience was great overall. Very convenient to pop in as a visitor a few times over the christmas holiday. I’ll be going back next time I’m in town.

I love this gym and train here 5-6 days a week. It has everything you need if you want to stay in shape or take your body to the next level. Weights, punching bags, sauna, classes. They even run CrossFit gym right next door. It's perfect. The owner and staff there are awesome.

Went for ZUMBA ® certification class. Nice set up in the room. If I was local, I'd def be back for this gym. I liked how things were sectioned off. Definitely had a nice feel and vibe to this gym.

The one thing this gym has over all other gyms in the area is the sauna. With that being said the one thing that never works is the sauna. Besides that this gym is ok. Smallest Golds Gym I have ever been to.

I love it! I get better workouts, the staff and people who workout are very nice. They have trainers if you need help, they have aerobics class at a certain time. A walk in is $10.

I referred my husband parents to the gym to just come walk the treadmill and stay healthy and the lady in her 40s a employee at gold gym went out her way to inspect my parents account which has been active for 2 months now and they been goin to the gym faithfully now out the blue she found something wrong with there account (so say ) now my in laws feels uncomfortable goin there !!!! Just sucks some people still never changed from the old days
