Both of my kids have been in the school for almost two years now. Instructor is very knowledgeable and caring. They follow a curriculum and they get a lot out of the class not only leaning taekwondo moves but self defense. I highly recommend the school

If your looking for a place to do Taekwondo, you definitely want to check Chayon NOLA out. You wont be disappointed. Since my son has started, I have seen his confidence boost. The instructors teach their students practical skills while also teaching them traditional martial arts skills that you can use in daily life. So happy we found this place!!

This is a GREAT martial arts school!!! My son went there for years. He loved it and it definitely made a huge impact on his discipline and ability to manage life in addition to be a solid comprehensive exercise practice. The master is such a strong woman who is also a school teacher, so she knows how to inspire a class. One great thing is that ALL levels and ages work together. So you don't have to be intimidated if you're a beginner. Super convenient spacious location too! Give it a try!

Fantastic, welcoming community that teaches practical skills alongside traditional martial arts. Additionally, this class teaches discipline, hard work, and many other skills transferable to daily life. Its very important for everybody to take a martial arts class, and this is the best one you can find.

This is an amazing program!
Madeleine is a very gifted teacher who taught my daughter for many years and helped her to develop strength, coordination, confidence, perseverance, and discipline. This strong tae kwon do foundation has helped her over the years with academics and athletics.

Nice people and a great community to join. Everyone contributes to each student's success. I am happy to be a part of Chayon NOLA. When I came to the school for the first time, I was confused, and a bit resentful to the way people treated me. Everyone was supportive and helpful. Everyone was teaching me how to do the moves properly. Everyone cared. Now that we have a new girl and I’m not “the new girl” anymore, I have the urge to help her, to support. I care about her. I want her to succeed. Comradeship, sense of community, support and care are contagious here.
