Had my first trial session today. Chris was really great and took time to show me correct form and keep things at a pace that I could manage, along with adjusting the movements to fit my needs. All while attending to the others in the gym. Good atmosphere, with good selection of equipment.
11/8/25 been with the gym almost two years now and i still love it here. Chris creates an amazing program that produces results and I can say I'm in the best shape of my life here.

As a 47-year-old who had never stepped foot in a gym before, I found the idea of starting a fitness journey incredibly daunting. The weights, machines, and fit crowd were intimidating, and I wasn’t sure where to begin. On top of that, my cardiologist had warned me about my sky-high cholesterol, claiming it was genetic and that diet and exercise would have little impact. Within just three months, the results were astonishing. Thanks to Chris’s program and the trainers’ expertise, I lowered my cholesterol by 50 points—well below the threshold for medication. I proved my cardiologist wrong and avoided prescription drugs, all while gaining confidence and strength I never thought possible at my age.

Chris at Clockwork did for me in one month what multiple places in multiple states couldn’t do in years. I tried medication, physical therapy and nerve ablation for my chronic (9 years) lower back pain. I was to the point where I could barely bend over to put on my socks/shoes and sometimes had to sit. Going to the gym was no longer fun because it was so painful during and more so afterwards.
Now, I’m back at jiu jitsu 3-4x/week and training at Clockwork 3x/week. My mobility/functional strength has improved significantly and I can train throughout the week without being in constant, debilitating pain.

I spent over a year searching for a new gym that brought the energy I was looking for. I tried classes everywhere. I finally heard about clockwork and decided to check it out. From the moment I walked in I knew it was the place I wanted to be. Chris is not only the best in his field, but is accommodating to every level of fitness and was able to come up with a plan to fit my goals and accommodate my limitations. For someone who struggles with new things, I immediately felt comfortable from jump. Every trainer there is intuitive to exactly what you need and when you need it. Both Fallon and Jared have been patient with making sure I have the proper form for every move but still helping me level up. Highlyyyy recommend.

I came to Clockwork initially looking for relief from biceps tendinitis, and the results were almost immediate. Chris and his team take special care of their clients, making sure that your form is perfect and you are doing things the right way to prevent further injury. At first, I was just trying to get healthy, but a few months in, I wound up being in the best shape of my life and feeling the best I had felt physically ever. My pain is gone, and when it comes back, I have the tools to manage it now thanks to Chris. Not only did Chris fix my pain, but he strengthened the areas that were causing the pain, as well as the rest of my body. Thanks to Chris, I was able to continue to pursue my dream, as I was worried I may not be able to train the way I needed to before. He is not about putting band-aids on the problem, but attacking it at the root and really fixing it. From athletes, to anyone who is looking for pain relief/ strengthening/ conditioning, I couldn’t recommend Chris more.

I can not recommend Clockwork Performance enough! I am a nurse and was having severe back pain, limping home after work every day. After a few months, I have been pain free and can feel my body getting stronger. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and the personalized workouts have been been a game changer. He is able to pinpoint exactly where my pain is coming from and able to correct it with just the smallest of adjustments. The other trainers are all excellent and very supportive, especially when I am doing something new. I started training here to enhance my boxing career, chris's expertise not only helped make me stronger but allowed my body & mind to build strength in functional methods that did not just overload my system. The coaching is smart, strategic, and effective.
Strength and endurance for non atheletes/muscle injuries--
my dad is recently recovering from stage iv cancer. The extensive radition and chemotherapy caused signaficant muscle deteroration and overall depletion. My dad started privates from Chris and within two months was able to start adding back real weight to his training using proper form and techniques to not only significantly reduce his shoulder imbalance but rebuild all the muscles that support that shoulder. Chris's attention to detail has helped get my dad back on his feet & feeling better with each session.

I started working out at Clockwork almost 2 years ago. I tore my labrum and had other reoccurring injuries that did not allow me to go 100% during training and I was recommended to Chris. I would always be worried about re-injuring something, but after working with Chris and the other coaches at Clockwork I am more mobile and stronger than ever. I can trust my body more and this has helped me tremendously with my performance while competing. I would recommend Clockwork to anyone working through recovering from an injury or just trying to improve their overall strength and mobility.

Chris is the man! I’ve got a herniated L5S1 that has been ruining my life, but Chris is helping me through it. I’ve tried a lot of things: dry needling, physical therapy, chiro, umbilical cord stem cells, peptides. I was also doing a lot of knees over toes exercises which helped, but having Chris personally guide me through workouts has given the best results.
Before working with Chris I was making slow progress, but I would constantly have flare ups that left me locked up for days. Since working with Chris those flare ups have become rare and when the do happens they are much more mild. Highly recommend Clockwork!

I tore my calf almost 3 years ago. I was told by multiple doctors that this injury wasn’t repairable, and after repeated PT sessions/programs and a PRP treatment, I wasn’t left with many options… until I started with Clockwork Performance. This is more than just a great gym and great community. I was not only impressed by Chris’s knowledge and professionalism, but his program was actually giving me relief after just a couple weeks. Now that I am a few months in, I am feeling strength and stability that I haven’t felt in years. I've been going to clockwork for a year. I had pretty bad plantar fasciiitis and would go weeks without being able to walk properly when I had flair ups. I have had maybe one flair up since I started and that was the first month. My feet and ankles are stronger and more mobile than ever. Chris has been there every step and genuinely cares about each person at clockwork. I never thought I could lose the weight that I did, and feel as fit as I do but Chris pushed me and motivated me to get there. My son started Clockwork a few weeks back, he and myself couldn’t be happier to have the opportunity to be a part of this program. I came to Clockwork a year into a very poor recovery from ACL and Meniscus surgery. Under Chris's direction my strength and mobility improved exponentially in a matter of months. I've gone from believing I'd live the rest of my life with decreased mobility, swelling and pain to running, jumping, lifting and performing movements with strength and mobility far greater than I had prior to my injury. Their knowledge and expertise has greatly improved my quality of life. I started training here after years of trying to train BJJ while consistently injured and reinsuring myself. As someone who personally hates working out, I was always finding excuses to not train off the mats. Like probably most people (including people who think they do because they played high school sports once), I also know nothing about safe and effective weight training. Fast forward three months, I am consistently training BJJ again, and probably the strongest I have been in my adult life. Chris’ obsession with sports science and insane attention to detail for all of his athletes personalized plans really shows. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness levels, regardless of their background.

I have been going to Clockwork for a few months now and have never had such top level strength and conditioning training. Chris is very knowledgable and very hands on, it is a great environment and great training for anyone. I’ve had a great recovery from a torn MCL and LCL surgery, doctors stated I was months ahead and it is all due to the training at Clockwork. I have never felt stronger and in better shape. Used this gym to prep for the 2nd of a two-stage knee surgery. The surgeon commented to me afterward that he could tell that my knee was noticeably stronger and the muscles, tendons, and ligaments very visibly larger. My recovery has been much easier than the first stage surgery and even my first knee surgery in 2006 as a much younger man. The PT's have commented on my quad firing much sooner than most, and my flexion was 125 degrees 6 days after surgery, which, according to them, is outstanding. My NP looked at the knee yesterday and noted the speed of recovery, and I definitely feel secure in taking showers and navigating stairs, which are the highest risk activities currently. I will be returning to this gym to ensure my knee health, and I recommend this gym to anyone prepping for surgery. I have been told by surgeons, PTs, and NPs that strengthening before surgery greatly reduces recovery time, and the folks at Clockwork Performance know how to do it safely and do it well.

Clockwork Performance is the best strength and conditioning gym in the New Orleans area. When I first came to Clockwork I was miserable. I was pretty fresh off of having a baby and hated everything about my new body. I felt OLD. My joints hurt from the extra weight and I hated what I saw when I looked in the mirror. I’ve been with Chris for six months now and the results have been nothing short of incredible. I look like myself again and more importantly- I FEEL like myself. I stand all day for work and I don’t have back pain anymore. When I train Jiujitsu, I’ve noticed that the aches and pains that I accepted as part of the game dissipated. In the past I’ve hated fitness training bc everything I’ve tried has left my body feeling broken and perpetually sore. With training at clockwork, I’ve cut my lifting days down from 3-4 to just 2. At the same time, my weights for my lifts went up significantly while my body weight continued to go down. It didn’t make sense to me. How am I training LESS but seeing MORE results?! The answer is simple. I’m working with a coach that tailors his programming to the individual and the goal is to be my personal best, not just exhaust me and make me FEEL like I’m working hard. Training at clockwork is the best of both worlds- individualized planning in a warm group atmosphere. I can’t say enough nice things about Chris and what he’s done for me.
