Staff is very inexperienced. I called to cancel my membership, they said they take care of that for me… I’m still being charged 2 months later. This month being charged DOUBLE!! Cade, the manager, is so unprofessional. Idk how they still have him managing this office. They do not put customers first. It’s all about money to them. I called to inform him that I’m still being charged and all he says “well in your agreement that you signed when you signed up, you have to cancel online” even after I explained that his staff informed me they’d cancel my membership for me… (only reason I called to cancel bc it wouldn’t let me cancel in the app online).. I signed an agreement 2 years ago when they opened, not remembering I had to cancel online through a certain link?? Especially when their staff explains to me they’d cancel it for me.. I do not recommend this joke of a place to anyone unless you want to deal with a hassle of cancelling and being charged for months after..

Its not possible to work out in a dicent cuz there are always people that spend to long using a machine most of the time they just go to to the gym for exercise their mouth and not there bodies..it's messed up and ADMON don't do nothings its pretty messed up cuz a individual can make a workout plan cuzof this situation in this gym.

Have a great trainer who helped me get started in the right direction. Very clean gym, informative & helpful staff. More equipment than I will ever need. The hydro message bed is so nice after a workout. Would be hard pressed to beat at the price you pay for all offered.

My experience at Club 4 has always been great. They keep the gym nice and cool and the trainers are friendly. I wish they would allow guests for members. I have a son in Houston and he is unable to come with me when he comes to town. Most fitness Centers I’ve belong to allow this! Hope they consider👍Thx

The gym is pretty clean and spacious during peak hours.
The only thing I would like to suggest is when new members sign up please show them where everything is and explain how the machines work and what every machine does. I signed up in April 3, 2025 and today is July 8; it took me to go workout with my sister in law for her to show me how the machines work!
Please hire someone to explain and show new customers how things work especially for people like myself who are new to working out.

For a compact gym, this location does offer several machines and free weight stations. The restrooms are always clean as well as the gym itself. They offer a variety of gym classes in addition to massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy with most gym memberships packages. The members that attend the gym are considerate of others waiting for the areas/machine. I do wish there were more hand sanitizer stations scattered throughout the gym.

This place is a joke!! I was lied from the get go. 1. Lindsey said my daughter was okay to bring a personal comfort toy because my daughter gets so scared of new places and faces. she said 1st few times would be okay. 2. I was deceived into signing up for the personal trainer. Cade. I did mention about my moving and short term and told him I would have to think about it but he basically pressured me into signing up for the sessions. I also mentioned to Cade that it would have to be when the daycare was open in the morning. He said it wouldn't be a problem. 3. Will was my personal trainer who canceled multiple times I NEVER MET HIM ONCE!! Will mentioned to me he could only train in the evening so 1 evening I was available I came in and he was a NO SHOW! So I was transferred to Mia who mentioned she'd just been promoted to management and I met with Mia ONCE to basically do a consultation. All other times she canceled on me too and another 2 times she didn't even bother answering my text messages. I lost more than $500 with the training, cancellation fees (to which I had to pay 2x for trainer and gym) I paid and additional fee and I just noticed they are charging me another month for the gym $160. I asked to speak with a Manager multiple times and was told they don't have a MANAGER for the gym that's above them all. FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION. Signing a contract under False Information. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This place randomly started charging somebody’s account because the person was “previously a member at the Workout Company”. This person does not have a membership nor signed a contract at Club 4 Fitness, never even stepped foot in the gym, but for some reason, the gym thought it was cool and “legit” to start charging them as if they have a membership. Now, the gym is being extremely uncooperative and will not provide a refund. Do not go to this gym, bunch of scammers. And the customer service sucks!

This place is terrible. I’ve never stepped foot into there gym nor do I have a membership They recently opened an account under my name that they got thru another gym and started charging my card. I tried to handle it in a pilot manner but had to file a police report bc this place acted like they didn’t want to refund my money. Everyone should watch out for this place trying to scam you.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. For this specific location of course, and the kids care to be specific. My child was strapped to a seat for over 30 mins for something simple as “wouldn’t keep socks and shoes on” when not 1 phone call to me was made! Just had my baby, my non verbal 2 year old ,sitting in a chair not able to get up. Very disappointed and will never be going to this location again.

The Houma location seems to have broken equipment and cancelled classes pretty often. The red light therapy machine has been out for at least 2 weeks now waiting on some magic bolts that apparently have to be made in middle Earth 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Based on my experience, I would not trust the "Kids Club" employees with my children ever again. It's such a shame how my personal experience was swept under the rug by management. ZERO EMPATHY from the manager that I spoke to. He appeared monotoned and uninterested in helping me. The gym will not let me see the security camera footage of my own son being mistreated unless a warrant or court order is issued. So that is fun! Also, I am still forced to pay gym fees because no one would respond to my inquiries about a refund.

I signed up and the trainers called and canceled my first meet because they weren’t making money off me. After the third cancelation in about two weeks timeframe, I canceled and never touched anything and they charging me just under a hundred since I canceled. Maybe if you honor your agreement with people they won’t cancel. You will never see me promoting this place or T-Mobile since they did me as bad or worse. Good luck.

It's a really great gym more targeted equipment than Planet Fitness. The staff is friendly the gym is a decent size. The facility was very clean and has a lot of benches, equipment, weights so you don't have to wait. Also there is a sauna huge plus. For the price it's really great.

I came to this establishment for a quick work-out and was harassed and belittled by staff. they acted in a way that was unprofessional and could be deemed hostile towards myself. I wouldn't recommend this gym to my worst enemy. I am utterly disheartened by the way the staff had chosen to conduct themselves and will not be returning.

Super awesome gym, much more open and more equipment than any other gym I’ve been at. Never have a problem with getting a workout in because of how much equipment they have.

The management here is terrible. The sales people will purposefully deceive customers. They lied to me in order to convince me to sign up for the premium membership. They told me I could downgrade to the Basic plan later with a $20 fee, which was a lie. When I later tried to downgrade, they said they'd double charge me for the annual fee and a sign-up fee.

Regarding the response:
I understand that you need to have this tone for your public image. But when what happened was brought to the attention of management, the response was indifference.

If you really wanted my business you wouldn't insist on stealing my money under false pretenses.

Wouldn’t not recommend for content creator/fitness coach if you like recording you sessions with tripod just recording you sessions period. BE ADVISED. You think Planet Fitness has an annoying cancellation process, this place is next level scummy. They will lie to you about memberships canceled, the process to actually cancel is long and convoluted, often more than 30 days which, conveniently will start another pay period, and the staff suddenly gets very rude or flat out disappears when the time to cancel your membership comes. I’m unable to cancel my wife’s membership, and she is unable to cancel it either. We “owe” them supposedly $170+ for three months of her membership that was supposed to have been cancelled, and they’re threatening to send to collections.

You’re probably thinking, “Oh, this whining man is mad because he forgot he had a membership.” No. I’m mad because she called them and was told it was handled/ cancelled/ whatever there terminology is for this, and that’s that.

She’s never physically been to this gym before. She signed up over the app; and we moved out of Houma and 20 hours away. Well looks like I need to make a special road trip cross country to fight a scummy company who flat out lied to my wife. We have the phone records, and they “paused” her account, whatever that means.
