Mr. Sullivan and his team are humble experienced professionals. I enrolled my 7yo son for 15wk to yellow belt with no prior karate training. They taught in a firm but patient manner; including some game type activities to keep him interested. I would strongly recommend to anyone from child to adult.

Covington Karate is an elite karate studio that incorporates both Kenpo Karate and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The standing techniques of Kenpo Karate along with the ground grappling of Jiu Jitsu make Covington Karate's curriculum balanced and real world applicable. Our entire family has greatly benefited from the excellent instruction of Mr. Sullivan and all of his amazing staff. My three children love going to karate and are developing both self defense and character building life skills. The children's class is a good blend of disciplined instruction and fun. My wife really enjoys the Women Empowered Jiu Juitsu course with Ms Heather. The adult karate and Jiu Jitsu classes are fun and a great work out. I highly recommend Covington Karate to anyone interested in excelling themselves and /or their children in a safe and fun environment.

Mr Sullivan is one the best instructors I have ever meet. He was able to train this old man and my two sons to have more discipline, self control and most importantly feel comfortable in our own selves along was getting us in a lot better shape mentally and physically. I would highly recommend this school anyone looking to help their children or themselves. He is always having get-togethers for families and for adults to make us all feel like a large community and that is very important in these days they were in now to know it's someone cares enough to help our children and this world.

Sullivan's a good guy we have been with them for a few months now my six year old started and then my five-year-old join them and then myself and my wife. So we're all participating it's become a family affair we have seen improvements and attentiveness from the kids as well as pride in their own eyes from their own achievements as they reach levels within the karate system. For myself and my wife it's humbling to know that we don't know a lot however we are learning on a weekly basis and to exercise before the technique is great keeps us on our toes and it's always something that puts a little extra healthy stress on our body and we appreciate the fact that it's so nearby and accessible so overall I recommend this program that teacher assistants and their location to anyone who's interested in participating in a type of martial arts specifically in this case would be karate. Once you reach a certain level teacher also offers a variety of different training techniques including jiu-jitsu staff fighting and you get the store which is really fun so that's why I give it 5 stars and I apologize if my Punctuation is not good I'm doing this via text overall mr. Sullivan's Covington karate is five stars for staff training exercise as well as the variety of things that you can participate in once should dedicate yourself.

Covington Karate has been an amazing experience and has become an important part of our family. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel confident . The positive changes in self discipline and respect I have seen in my children have been priceless. The adult classes have been the best thing I have done for myself. My 8 year old daughter and I both take karate at Covington Karate and love it! Mr. Sullivan is an amazing instructor who truly cares about his students and is dedicated to providing an excellent atmosphere in which to learn. You can come to this school and feel comfortable. Covington Karate is an awesome place. They have made my entire family part of theirs. They have a great program that fit kids and adults and are much more than just karate. They instill confidence,respect and responsibility to all ages and make the learning process fun. They offer a variety of other options as well from birthday parties and parents night out; which are great for the busy family schedule. I would recommend Covington Karate to all.
