Staying in Natchitoches my buddy and I needed to find a gym. I hadn’t ever done CrossFit before but boy am I grateful I did. Eric welcomed us in. The folks at the 05:15 class were all awesome and wanted to get after it. If you are a local or just passing through get in here! Eric’s equipment and space is superb. It’s just what the Doctor ordered, Get it done.
