Curves is a facility specially designed for women that features a complete 30-minute workout that is fun, fast, and safe. Curves has helped women around the world get healthier and stronger with our unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven gym program of strength training, cardio and stretching. When you get stronger increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you.

My experiences since joining Curves, Thibodaux. Get ready for results without the sore muscles the next morning! Our Instructor, Mary Ann, goes above and beyond to help me out with exercises and machines I have been working out with. I'm a 64 year old disabled woman who never would have believed I would be able to workout again. Curves is helping me gain strength and lose weight. I feel like a changed woman, like I am doing something to better my health and self image. Three days a week for 30 minutes is all it's taking. I love this place! Curves, Thibodaux, Fun, friendly people, equipment in excellent condition with lots of space to move around in. Check it out for yourself. I know I'm glad I did.

Hey everyone, Curves in Thibodaux is the place to go!!!! I recently had a torn tendon and I am currently in a boot . Mrs Mary Ann ( owner & trainer) is 100% helpful in showing me what machines I could use and any modifications !!! She's kind & considerate In working with anyone. Five stars is not enough to be given! You all should definitely go check it out !!!!

I love My Zone. Since I started this Iβve been doing a lot more. Couldnβt go to the gym for 2 weeks but with my zone I exercised at home and it recorded my progress β€οΈ

Curves Memphis on Quince staff Lauren and Amy are very straightforward, kind, and encouraging. They help you to set realistic goals with accountability. The gym members I met are kind and help make workouts fun. The workouts are burn calories and burn body fat effective, body challenging, and fun. The machines are different and effective.
