Our beautiful studio is located in the heart of historical downtown Hammond, Louisiana. We are professionals dedicated to the transformative practice of yoga and Self. We offer group classes, private sessions, and meditation. Our licensed staff is a beautiful amalgam of professions from the medical field, academia, graphic design, the Arts, dance, acupuncture, corporate America, massage, entrepreneurship, and aesthetics. Our mission is to help others on the never ending journey of self-discovery. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and the community. All are welcome here.

I absolutely love this studio and the community of people it has brought to my life. The instructors are well trained, graceful in demeanor, and professional. Downtown Yoga has become my Third Place (look it up). Hammond has a lot of quiet little jewels and this one ranks at the top. Thank you Downtown Yoga. My back and neck thank you too!

I just love this studio and all the instructors. I’m 45 and have been to classes and private lessons for myself but have also been with my 14 and 11 yr old kids. My 14 y/o soccer player recently did a private with Brenna who is professional, knowledgeable and truly a master in her field! She’s not just a yoga instructor but also a Physical Therapist. If you are an athlete or have a child athlete, I highly recommend you see her!

Excellent 2 hour class. I could see & hear well and felt completely immersed in the class even though I was online. Britni did a fantastic job of guiding me & offering helpful feedback. I learned a lot and look forward to participating again soon!

I am a 77 yr old who has been practicing yoga for almost 8 years. I was an on-the-road saleman for 40+ years and had significant back pain due to driving my vehicles many thousands of miles. In 2017, after a PT session following back surgery, my therapist suggested I try yoga. A few days later, I had an appointment with Brenna at Downtown Yoga. What a life changer! My back issues are gone, I've lost weight, and my posture is straighter.
Brenna and her business partner, Britni, are pros in their trade. Downtown's teachers and classes are very professional and supportive. If you want to make a positive change in both your physical and mental health, I would highly recommend Downtown Yoga.

I started practicing yoga at age 65 at Downtown yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep my body in correct alignment. I was afraid I was too old to start something new but I have been going to 3 classes a week for over 7 years!

Classes at Downtown Yoga have become a standard part of my day. The teachers are friendly, highly qualified and accessible, and the studio is modern, beautifully designed and super clean. Management has intentionally cultivated a vibrant yoga community and I cannot imagine my days without the early morning classes in their gentle space. My body and my spirit are benefitting from the classes. I strongly recommend this studio.
