Dynamics is by far the best gym in New Iberia anytime planet fitness none of them even come close. But it's for people that really like to work out not for people that are there to play in text and goofball those people should go to anytime or planet fitness

What a wonderful gym! Thank you so much the for opportunity to train at Dynamic Health Club on a guest pass this week while visiting family. So grateful for the real step mills and real leg presses, hack Squats, and back machines that are typically lacking at the wimpy franchise gyms. Plus, all members and staff were so friendly and the facility sparkling clean 🤩

There's no dressing room. The lockers have a couch rather than waterproof benches next to them, as they should. The gym always reeks of harsh toxic chemicals that make one want to gag. They thing "cleaning" (rather fumigating with neurotoxins) is appropriate during the high-traffic time of 5:00 to 6:30 PM, right before the women's section closes. It's hard to call this a "health" club. The pool isn't kept clean most of the time. The gym claims to be 24 hours, but only for men. Women don't have 24-hour access to their side. It's hard to call the general section open anything but a "men's" section because there's only big equipment designed for men, which is why when I see women they're almost always in the women's section. You'd never find things reversed where the women's equipment was available 24 hours and men's available only during a sliver of before and after work times; i.e. they pretend to be a equal rights gym but they couldn't communicate better that women are the lesser sex.

They are very nice people! They are open 24/7 if you join they will give a card so you can get in the gym. They have a pool, tan room, steam room, etc. They also do messages.
