If you ever want to cancel your membership, you have to either go in and fill out a form, or send a certified letter to their parent group in Arkansas to cancel - ridiculous!!

The only positive to element is that the nursery staff is friendly.

The gym equipment is out of date, and at least one machine in the cardio room is out of order at all times.

What pisses me off enough to take the time to write a review is that when I cancelled my membership, not only did they require that I have a 'valid' reason for canceling (apparently just wanting to cancel for any personal reason isn't 'valid'), but they required that I send a forwarding address so they could make sure that I had actually moved. Creepy. THEN, although I cancelled in mid July, the gym billed me in mid August and claimed that there was a 30 day cancellation policy. This seems ridiculous since I'm quite positive that I cancelled some time in the beginning or middle of July and I obviously hadn't used my account at all after that point, or even for quite some time before that since I had moved.

I don't trust a business that abuses credit card information, and I would not have signed up for this gym if I would have known back then that they will charge you for whatever they possibly can at this gym, even if they know that you have already moved and aren't even using the gym.

I love this gym and everything about it. I tan a lot and work out. I love the girl's locker room because there's a jaquizzi, steam room, lockers, and a sauna. I personally love the gym and their equipment. I barely worked out there and the next day my body was sore. It gets the job done. My FAVORITE gym (:
