Our mission is simple. To bridge the connection between your physical and mental health. We aim to be South Louisiana's first provider of facilities and instructor-led fitness courses that allow for the achievement of physically attainable goals and peace of mind.
We define Enso as a moment during which the mind allows the body to create. Our mission is to provide a space to push yourself physically, train yourself mentally, and recover through mind-body meditation and relaxation techniques. Our staff is ready to assist you. We look forward to having you join us often as we “Take Charge. Recharge.”

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, but my recent experience has been really disappointing. For months now, the gym has not had hot water, which is extremely frustrating, especially during colder weather when a warm shower is essential after a workout. Despite numerous complaints from members, there’s been no update or action taken to fix the issue.
To make matters worse, the towels they provide are absolutely unbearable. They smell horrendous, and it’s not just a slight odor – it’s overwhelming and off-putting. I’ve tried using them a few times, hoping it was just a one-time issue, but it’s been ongoing. I’m not sure what’s going on with their laundry service, but it’s really disappointing.
I’ve enjoyed working out at this gym in the past, but these issues have really soured my experience. For the price of membership, I expect basic amenities like hot water and clean, fresh towels. It’s time for the gym to address these problems or I’ll have to reconsider my membership.

Love that they have a separate workout area for women, the outside course & track, tanning & shakes! One stop gym that's always clean & friendly!
