This is a great place that functions around individual growth.. Kenny is super committed to each individual and his personalized workouts can fit any person regardless of age, weight or fitness level.
Really glad I was referred to this place as I enjoy the workouts and routines Kenny creates. I also appreciate that it’s mindless. No decisions.
No planning. Just go in and follow the prescribed workout. That’s so convenient and one less responsibility.
