Kandis Joubert is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, specializing in corrective exercise and fitness nutrition, and offers personal training as well as online coaching services.

I had the privilege of training with Kandi for over six months, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Her depth of knowledge is clear from the start, you immediately see that she truly understands the body, movement, and how to build a program that works for you. Every session was purposeful and never felt one-size-fits-all.

Kandice was such a great coach. I started with a goal to loose 30 lbs in 6 months but wanted to think realistically and set the goal for 20lbs. In 6 months time I have lost 25 lbs. Not only did I loose the weight. I also gained muscle and have learned so much along the way. Kandice taught me the correct way to work out and also help with corrected posture which plays a big role.
Remember it takes month / years to gain the weight. It will take time to loose the weight. It's always so easy to give up when you don't see progress in such a short time. Think realistically it will take time to loose the weight. Stay consistent. Get with kandice! She'll get you right.

I had the pleasure of working with Kandis for about a year. I cannot recommend her services enough! Kandis is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. She crafts really personalized training programs that are challenging yet achievable. I learned so much with Kandis, because she took the time to answer *all* of my questions, and created an environment where questions were welcome. Kandis pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and I joined a gym for the first time in a decade. I wouldn't have the confidence I have now without her mentorship and support!! It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and goes above and beyond to help them succeed.
Outside of the gym, Kandis gives valuable guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mindset, recognizing that achieving optimal health and fitness is a holistic endeavor. Absolutely fantastic results. Very personalised and tailored workouts. Always the professional and good friend, invested in my progress and results. Kandis is amazing, licensed and certified, she works with my body’s strengths and limitations. Space is clean and equipped with professional and highly quality equipment. I’ve have always had this love-hate relationship with working out. I know it’s a lifestyle and it takes focus and consistency but frankly it is all so overwhelming. Throughout my 30’s, I started gaining weight. I tip the scale at almost 150 pounds. My weight has since fluctuated between 130 pounds -140 pounds.
Growing up in the 80s and 90s, we always heard the quote “it takes a village to raise a child”. Well, I believe it takes a village of aspiring, God- fearing women to encourage and move you closer to who you desire to be but do not have the motivation to stay driven because you don’t see your own potential.
Amos 3:3 AMP says ”Do two people walk together unless they have made an appointment?“
Kandis will walk this out with you! She has this unique way of saying “get in the game” which is code for stop being lazy because change requires change. ❤️ She is a great listener and plans strategically which has strengthen my individual weaknesses. I have only been with her for 2.5 months but I am eager to do the work and listen to her expertise!! I am seeing results and I am
motivated to lift more. ( shhhh 🤫 don’t tell her I said that) I am almost 41 and I am ready to do the necessary work to see the results I have desired for so long. Thank you Kandis for being such an inspiration and motivator in my health journey!

Kandi has taught me so much In three months. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in 10 years. When I came to her I had moderate right shoulder pain. She was able to make a workout plan tailored around my shoulder and after three months, my shoulder is 95% pain-free.

I had the pleasure of training with Kandis at Faceted Fitness for three months, and it's been an incredible journey. With her guidance and support, I gained the confidence to take on my fitness goals by myself. Now, I'm in week one of flying solo, and I couldn't have asked for a better foundation.
One of the things I really appreciate about Kandis is her dedication to teaching proper form. She knows that this is crucial for a safe and effective workout, and her focus on it has boosted my confidence when working out.
Also, one-on-one training (two-on-one in my case because my husband and I trained together) in the privacy of a personal gym, eliminates distractions and allows for a tailored fitness experience.
