I'd give a zero star but it's not optional. No one is ever there I can't get in contact with anyone I have been trying for 2 months when they started randomly taking money from my account after cancelling. I now have to put a stop payment from my bank and dispute charges for a gym I have not attended in 5 months.. overall I would rather run in traffic with scissors then deal with these people any longer. I'm basically being stolen from.

There are zero classes offered for anyone looking for that type of gym.
The best way I can describe it is it like a highschool gym weights and if youre lucky the a.c. may be on. However it's perfect for anyone looking to get in/out as there is never anyone else on a machine/weights you need because there's like 10 members.

Everyone is very kind and supportive. They have what you need, and help keep your body safe while training. They also have Personal Trainers. I also received help with nutritional values and other ways to sculpt my body the correct way.

To be honest I really miss the old gym Exclusive Fitness. I know what the old owners had to go through from when they acquired gym from Riviera Fitness. Things aren't what it always seems. They did the best they could and apparently it didn't workout because now the gym is 365. There is no customer service and all the promises haven't been met. I believe it's over priced and customer service is a 0. Better options in the area.

Very convenient location if you live in Covington. Ryan has been great to work with. He helped set up a very detailed strength and fitness program. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend that people check it out.

Signing up for Fit365 was a great decision for me!! It has everything I need to reach my fitness goals. The manager Ryan is also very helpful as he helped me come up with a workout routine to help me get where I want be. Anyone on the fence about joining should definitely do it, you won't be sorry!!!

So glad i signed up with Fit365!!! Starting my new year in the right direction, staff is friendly and shared the same thrive to see me reach my goal! Been with them for 4 months now. Really didn't start going on a daily basis since the end of December seen a lot if improvements with updating new machines and staff, Manager Ryan is very helpful and wants you to succeed with goals. He is an awesome trainer, he has taken the time out to put a workout and a nutrition plan together for me. I love the atmosphere and the staff!!! Keep up the good work!!!

As being a member of this gym since prior to it being taken over by Fit365 and the owner Bill, I'm being charged a maintenance fee of $24 along with the price going up on membership for why?!? Because the gym is getting new equipment, well Bill has been saying that since day one of taking over this gym. I will dispute all charges with my bank and I will no longer be a member of this gym. An Ryan James is the rudest guy ever, hung up on me when I questioned why the maintenance fee and then told me to call the owner but would not release his number. This gym will not be in business long.
