I was in Shreveport, Louisiana for work recently, my first time in the area—and didn’t know what gyms to check out. I found Fit Nation in Bossier and was really impressed. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and open 24/7. Great find for experienced weight lifters looking for a solid place to train when traveling. I will definitely be coming back!

This is a great gym to go to it’s a safe environment and has a very friendly atmosphere. They have workout classes, a movie room and a timed station for a quick workout. They have a nice locker room as well. It’s also not over the top expensive a day pass is $5 and to get a monthly pass is 25$

Amazing gym with a fantastic atmosphere. The people who work out here are very friendly and encouraging, especially to new gym goers. I only really used the cardio and weight equipment, but there is plenty more to offer like classes and tanning beds.

Great 24 hour gym, depending on the time of day you can have the place to yourself for the most part. Gym goers are fairly kinda and aren't rude. A perfect place to start or continue one's workout journey

Its a 24 hr access. Lots of equipment that you can use. They have a tanning, locker and a movie room which you can watch while using a treadmill!

Was passing through town and needed a gym so stopped in this spot. Really glad I did because it was a great little spot to train.

The space is on the smaller side but they pack it with some really good (although some of it quite old) equipment. Their desk staff walks around deep cleaning the equipment, and the members are friendly.

If I find myself back in Shreveport I’ll definitely be training here again.

Great place especially if you're visiting town for a little. Has all the standard equipment. Hopefully they can get an additional deadlift platform and a better squat rack. Nice locker room (1 shower though). We bought our guest passes and went to work out. I appreciate that the staff wasn't in our faces or anything.

The people/staff were really nice. A lot to do here. As I'm a Spin junkie I must say, the Instructor was awesome! I wish there were more people in her class as she was extremely motivating and challenging. My only concern was that there was minimal masks being worn, no social distancing and there wasn't a lot of product available to clean equipment. I will go back, but hope they do more with their sanitation.

Was not in Bossier any longer than a few months for my internship, and I was split between Fit Nation and a couple other gym. I ended up picking fit nation because A: the price was well within my means as a college student. B: they have a deadlift platform. and C: the staff is very courteous and always greeted me upon entry and departure.

All the members seemed to know each other and were accepting of new members and willing to talk to them. The gym itself seemed to be very supportive of police, fire, and service men and women.

Lastly, I thought canceling my membership would be difficult as I had heard of other gyms making it near impossible to do. However I was able to end mine with a 2 min phone call. If I end up in the Bossier area after graduation I know which gym I would choose again.

Good equipment selection BUT

Hours on door say “Mon 4am - Fri 12am”. That presents as open 24 hrs during the week. This is not the case. Found out the hard way. Showed up this morning (a Thursday) at 5am and there were almost a dozen cars in the parking lot but no one had shown up to open the gym. Stayed til 530 and still no one showed up so cars started leaving. Nothing posted about the gym not opening on time. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Super courteous and love being greeted when I walk into the gym daily. They maintain everything up and have sanitizing stations throughout, which I love.
Awesome screening room that plays a different movie everyday that you can watch while doing your cardio and I love it. They also offer a wide variety of classes and specials as well. They have many machines and other equipment throughout that make it a great place to get fit.
