This place is amazing. I've wanted to do crossfit for a while, but was intimidated by the idea of it. They were running a promotion on social and I didn't even think about it. I'm so glad I did, the environment is warm and welcoming, the people make it a community of support and encouragement. I feel amazing; I genuinely love going and I feel great when I leave.

Great place for the family to go or as an individual. The coaches really take pride in learning their member's goals and providing extra information. Another unique thing is the owner seems to always be available as my wife hounds him with questions and he immediately responds regardless of the time.

Fortitude CrossFit is a competent and knowledgeable trainer, very approachable, and provides lots of encouragement without being over bearing. He listens to our requirements and amends his training plan accordingly. Was in town for business and was lucky enough to find this box. Great coaches, the owner was very knowledgeable and experienced. They made me feel right at home and allowed me to do a day pass that was reasonably priced. Would go every day if I lived here so I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a new box or starting their CrossFit journey.
