As far as I'm concerned - the gold standard of 'mom & pop' gyms.
They offer an extremely reasonable monthly rate (including month-by-month option), have 24-hour access, the equipment is good, and the owners are extremely kind! Freedom Fitness was an absolutely perfect gym to use while in-town for a couple of weeks. Will be back next year,

Very well clean, comfortable place to come and stretch those muscle out having your body feeling good after your done. Also I enjoy the tanning bed. I would DEFINITELY tell everyone this is the place to come.

Really good, Shasta is very nice and very helpful. I have been away from the gym for 3 years so this will be slow going. I am 68 years old, and need to get myself back in shape.
