Before you commit (sign) their contracts, make sure you're ready to consistently go to the gym. From what I heard, you can get the best deal on "Black Friday", which usually is after Thanksgiving. It'll be ideal to do so because you're getting the best deal and it'll be close to New Year, which is when most people start their "New Year Resolution".

Friendly staff who care for their customers, nice equipment and has a variety of free weight and machines and is fairly cheap compared to other gyms in the area.

I did not want to be in a contract, was told I was not going to be. I was lied to and now I am stuck in a year contract paying for a gym membership I do not want to attend. Furious and very disappointed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Do not join this gym unless you plan on paying for it forever!!! They make it impossible to cancel and keep charging your account monthly even after you email a request to cancel. I say email because after going in to the gym, calling the number given by the worker since they cannot cancel your subscription, and then being giving an email address because even the employee over the phone cannot cancel your subscription, you’re forced to contend with an email address to cancel your account. Which btw doesn’t do ****. I had to change my bank info to get the automatic drafts to stop and now they are sending me emails telling me I owe over $100 to them. If I don’t pay it, they will send my balance to a collection agency which will effect my credit. But yet they won’t let me cancel!! I thought I was joining with a year contract not a lifetime!!

I tired to be calm and not get upset . But I had a recurring charge going to my credit card and I was told it would be self payment . Because I asked about auto pay because the location was in Laplace and I was not sure if I would come back . So when I check my credit card statement there was of course a auto payment for 3 months and just this month of May their were two in one month so I was upset that I did not know because I had not been going and had join a different gym .
So to avoid me getting upset about losing money and the double charge I had on my May statement. I felt I would just call and cancel the subscriptions! Ow was I in for it . They make you send an email to them !!! And then you have to wait for a response ! I signed up at the location with ease why is cancellation not as easy ! Omg then told me I have to give 30days notice so I would basically still have to pay for June and then pow ! A cancellation fee !! Or you serious !! So all together to unjoin a whopping $57 dollars only from me visiting once ! I was so upset because I have already lost so much money and don't like the place . so I call my credit card and charge it as Fraud !! And had to be sent a card replacement because I'm not having it ! It was a lesson learned and you just would not think a gym business would take advantage of you like that . Because even when my card changed at planet fitness they did not charge back pay , only charged for that month . Smh plz save yourself the headache!

Really enjoy the club. The staff is very friendly. Was unfamiliar with the club, and equipment. The manager at the club was very helpful, he gave me a tour of the club as was able to answer any questions I had. He went into detail about each machine and its use. Didn't rush. GREAT CLUB RECOMMEND...
Great prices and is a 24 hour gym.
