We’re Ascension Parish’s locally owned and operated adventure, tumbling, and circus arts facility. Our mission is to inspire kids and adults alike to build strength, confidence, and creativity through movement while providing a welcoming, family-friendly environment right here in the community.
At GymFit, we offer classes for all ages and skill levels, from toddlers discovering balance for the first time to adults pushing their limits. Whether you’re interested in Ninja Warrior, Parkour, Tumbling, Cheer, or Aerial Arts (Silks, Trapeze, etc.), we have programs designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.
Our facility also hosts parties, field trips, Nerf Wars, Kids Night Out, special events, and seasonal camps.

Absolutely love adult tumbling at GymFit! Coach JRob is super helpful and I’ve learned a lot in my short time there. Every class is fun and easy-going, such a great way to get a workout in. Plus, everyone from staff to attendees are so nice:)

Absolutely love Gymfit! I’m in my thirties and I participate in all of the aerial classes such as silks, trapeze and Lyra. It is so much fun and it keeps me in great shape! I have also made so many great friends here!

Very very pleased with this company. They could almost use a bigger building! Their popularity has been earned. The older teachers are fantastic. They are great at teaching terms and tools for whole-body fitness. I’ve watched different classes and the tools of discipline and consideration are discussed well. The younger workers are kind and attentive. Our preschooler showed remarkable improvement in physical strength, abilities, and confidence after only 4 weekly lessons. Parents can help younger children, but the workers will step in and guide instead so you can stand back and enjoy watching your little grow. A few parents have explained to me why GymFit was ultimately their choice for their child’s activity needs, and we all seem to be there for the same reasons!

Brought our son here for day camp during Spring Break. He seemed to have a great time and enjoyed the activities. Ranking a 4 since there is some room for updates, but still was a great place for our son to spend a few days.

Amazing nerf birthday party setup! We had a blast! They supplied the guns and darts and were super accommodating for some parents to get in on the fun as well! 10 out of 10! would recommend again. We will be back as well next year.

My daughters have been enjoying Homeschool PE with GymFit for 3 years, and they've grown so much in their strength and confidence. My shy girls are not afraid to get up in front of a crowd to show off their amazing aerial silks skills at GymFit's performances! The teachers know how to keep the kids safe while cheering them on as they learn new tricks. They've even gotten ME to join in on the tumbling and silks fun!
GymFit allows you to choose which class you take each week, so you're not limited to one type of activity -- choose from ninja/parkour, tumbling or aerial silks. I find it highly affordable compared to other similar activities like gymnastics, dance, etc. It's also fun for parties or special events (my Girl Scout troop loved it). Highly recommend!

This is a great place to bring the kids to burn off some energy and increase skills. All the instructors are great and the kids have a blast while learning. They offer many classes from silks, tumbling to parkour.

We do homeschool PE at GymFit and my boys love the Ninja class. The instructor is great with kids and it's a fun way to exercise. We love this place so much that we're doing a few weeks of summer camp and my boys want to have their birthday parties here. Thanks for making such a fun environment for kids to work out!

I think what I love the most is how encouraging the instructors are. especially Monet and Monroe. Watching my daughters face light up when they praise her is priceless! When they tell her "Great job!" "I see so much improvement!", "YOU GOT IT!" or "I'm so proud of you!" you can tell the genuinely mean it because they say it with a huge smile on their face. Watching my child progress in classes and seeing how happy she is, as a parent, is so rewarding.
AND their summer camp is AMAZING. My daughter has the BEST time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This gym is absolutely amazing! They have a large variety of classes for all ages!! My personal favorite class is Ariel silks but I love trying all the new and different classes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend this gym to anyone!
