Holly Starkey is the #1 trainer in women's fitness. She earned her BS in Sports Mgt, with a concentration in health and wellness, and uses her education to strategically create workout plans that cater to her clients' individual needs. She excels helping women with injuries and physical limitations and working one-on-one with diet planning and personal goals. Her mantra is Mind. Body. Soul. You Matter.

After the first of the year, I knew I needed to make a change in my health. I had done gyms, bootcamps, and most diets known to man.
I decided to go talk to Holly and I immediately knew I was in the right place and started the next week. I’ve been training with her almost three months now and am already able to do things I couldn’t do on day one. I’m getting stronger and learning to lose weight the healthy way. Holly is so encouraging and makes sure you are doing exercises the correct way and also looks at your food journals and helps to make small tweaks that I would never think of. I 10/10 recommend Holly if you are looking for a trainer who makes you feel at home
